Great motorway stop. Hadn't had a burger king for 20 years. Great service on a Sunday. Very polite lady served me.

·

Stopped on way North from Cornwall to Carlisle with my 93yr old mum. Amazing staff kept a discrete eye on her when she visited the Ladies. A small thing that was very much appreciated 👍

·

Stopped as we were hungry at 10:20, to get a snack. Undecided on KFC, Subway or Burger King, but the decision was made for us.....none of them open till 11:00.Tried the outlet outside, but the service was so painfully slow and couldn't deal with more than 1 customer at a time, so left and went to Strensham services. Absolutely dire.

·

Really clean and had alcohol gel and masks available at the entrance. Staff in Starbucks were friendly and efficient. Loses a star because of the lack of choice for sweets in the Whsmiths and Waitrose

·

It is what it is a motorway services on the North bound side it has a wh smiths a waitrose a burger king a subway a kfc and a Starbucks they are expensive as its a services an they all are why I don't know . The toilets are clean and were well maintained on my visit

·

Well we love it as much as you can ever love a service station. When the children were small we always stopped here on our way to the summer holidays in the West Country. Usually it was raining 🌧 😑. Now we are just adults we usually travel a bit further before stopping. We stop on our way back though. Always clean and good coffee . Wouldn't be a holiday if we didn't stop at Michael Woods.

I used to use these Services when I was travelling down to see my Dad in Devon about 27 years ago, it bought back very fond memories but it has changed so much!Great choice of places to eat, Covid Secure and lovely, clean toilet facilities. A very welcome break thank you

Went to Burgeoning, just ordered 2 coffees, the wait was ridiculous, people were served their meals while we were waiting for just 2 coffees. The chap doing them kept stopping to serve more customers at till then when we got back to car eventually 1 coffee cup was almost empty and disgusting. I'd noticed chap serving had run out of milk and obviously decided to just leave it. Also 2.99 for 1 coffee is appalling, we could have had 2 coffees from McDonald's for less and it would have tasted nicer, unfortunately no McDonald's only other side of road, shocking so won't be going back there. Also the staff are half soaked, need winding up especially with so many people to serve. Need training properly. You don't handle food and drink when you are handling money, all those germs ughhhh.

·

Stopped off following a break in Somerset. Ladies toilets were exceptionally clean and smelt lovely some of the cleanest toilets I've visited. Other facilities were great.

·

It's an overall adequate stop on the motorway with plenty of parking and decent selection of food outlets. Toilets are easy to get to.
