Visited here for the lunch menu with a couple of friends. Food and service was outstanding and such good value for money. Would highly recommend.

·

Very good food and for good value if you catch one of their many deals on. We had some issue when splitting the bill as they were busy and unco-operative with splitting it on their system but this is a minor issue. Will be going back.

Area manager was on shift and thought she was above everybody else. She made the evening terribly uncomfortable and was very rude. Brought a pizza out which could barely be eaten, had to wait a further 20 mins for the new one but it was missing 2 of the toppings that were listed. They did not inform me of this and the second I complained for the second time she was aggressive towards me. Upon complaining she told me to email the compliant but told me she would be the one who received the email and simply laughed at me. It was only since I told her I wouldn't email I would review she actually listened. It does not need to be stated but it ruined mine and my fiance's 2 year anniversary.

Well located hidden away in Clifton, super friendly and quick service, background music is perfect volume, the look of the place is really nice, the food is great but make sure to get the chocolate fudge cake for dessert.. it's sublime! Very well priced too!!

·

Very high quality and well presented food.Certainly on the expensive side but there are special offers that bring the price to a more moderate level.Staff are very friendly and chatty. It's more so the place for a special occasion than semi-regular dining.

Some of the waiteress's are very rude and some of them are nice, it took a long time for us to recieve food and drinks and we had to repeatedly ask about where our drinks and food are the reply we got was rude and unfriendly. When we did get the food eventually they got my order wrong but the food was very good so if you like waiting ages for your food this maybe is the restaurant for you.

·

Nice space and friendly staff, let down somewhat by bland food that lacked many of the flavours of the menu ingredients. Interesting restoration of some original features downstairs on the way to the toilet.

Went during a 50% discount promotion, so can't comment too much on prices, but the food was good and portions filling. Deep fried calamari especially was a well seasoned starter.

·

We had a wonderful meal here - the food and drink were all lovely, and the price was outstanding considering the amount of food we ordered. We will definitely be back!

We regularly eat here and it is always lovely. Amazing food, and great staff. I am surprised it is not always really busy. Very reasonable prices too!
