We had a wonderful meal, myself and my 4 and 7 year old children. The childrens menu was excellent.

We had a table of 21 booked on a Saturday night. Staff and service were excellent, food was delicious. Good prices. Highly recommend

Really nice food, served piping hot. Nice, laid back staff - helpful but not overbearing.

The manager of the restaurant constantly kept badgering us about our orders. He acted like the food was authentic when you could taste it was not, it was an overly priced eating experience once again.Just another restaurant in Bristol the same as the rest, overly priced with average food, there wasn't even anything unique about the place. I'll never go back

Me and my wife enjoyed a lovely meal at this restaurant,I have some dietary issues that make eating out difficult.I have to say ,all staff were very well informed about food allergies, this is a major problem for me .The choices on the menu for me was the best choices I've ever had eating out ,I totally recommend this restaurant for anyone with food intolerance. The staff were also very friendly and helpful.

Me and my Partner were visiting Bristol from Birmingham on the weekend of 12th February. As I am Coeliac it can be a very daunting and anxious thing to eat out. We chose to go to Zizzi's. I had a look online at the menu and could see there was a good range of food I could choose from to eat. I booked online and noted down I was coeliac and needed a Gluten Free menu. From the moment we arrived untill we left we had the most amazing time. All staff were friendly and so helpful. We were given an extra vase on our table so all staff knew there was a dietary requirement and we were told that only the managers would take our order and serve our food. I was able to have a starter, main and dessert that was amazing! I regrettably didnt get the name of the manager who served us but he went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and safe. He was always one step ahead and double checked all dishes i ordered were safe. It was one of the most overwhelming experiences ive had out since having to go Gluten free. We will definitely be going back and cant thank the staff enough 😁😁... 100% recommend for people to try Zizzi's Clifton Bridge.

Thank you so, so much to the team at Clifton Zizzi for an outstanding customer service this evening. It was mine and my partners anniversary and all the staff were so kind. They not only wished us a lovely evening, but they also treated us to a complimentary gift to celebrate. I regrettably don’t know all their names, however a special thanks to everyone, including Marcus whose customer service was brilliant. Look forward to seeing you all again soon!

Super friendly service, big portion, and price is acceptable for its settings. We went for lunch and they have a 2 courses set meal that's even better value. We didn't order any drinks and still got top service. Food is tasty as well, nice and hot from their open space kitchen.
