Black Gold Cafe Ltd in Cheltenham

I can’t fault this cafe shop really. Upstairs seating is always nice but it’s probably not feasible here.The shop is really nicely designed. The staff friendly & good at their job. The seating is very comfy & include a number of leather cushioned chairs & sofas. And the other thing I really, really like, everything feels really clean & tidy. The exact opposite of Costa Coffee which is always filthy & badly managed. Black Gold is much better in every way.

We stopped in on our walk for a coffee. I had a caffe latte and my wife had a chai latte. The service was excellent. We enjoyed the drinks, and the decor and music provided a great coffee shop atmosphere. We will be back again to sample the array of tasty treats and enjoy the music.

Totally addicted to black gold coffee it's the best coffee ever, I don't like coffee anywhere else now nothing else compares 😬 have sent lots of clients & friends here over the years & they're now regulars too. Lovely cafe & naughty cakes!

5 stars aren't enough for this lovely coffee shop. Friendly and helpful staff, lovely atmosphere.The food was superb. A lovely range of fresh cakes, with some unusual flavours like banana and cinnamon, lemon and elderflower, along with Victoria sponge, coffee cake, carrot cake, brownies and more. We had delicious paninis and the coffee really was superb. The coffee was really flavourful. You can taste a real mix of sweet and fruit elements, perfectly roasted... I wish I could drink it every day.If you come to Cheltenham you must try this place.

I had breakfast here and it has been really nice! The place is cozy and different from all the other coffee chains, offering various types of seatings and tables depending on what you prefer. As soon as you entry you can see all their amazing cakes and some bagels and sandwiches. The staff was friendly and quick, you pay straight away and then enjoy your meal at the table.

Good atmosphere & coffee, feels rustic unlike some of the hugh coffee chains. Very conveniently located for me which add to the appeal.

Had a real nice time at this coffee shop. Great decor and staff where really friendly. Will make it a regular stop when shopping in Cheltenham. Way better than some of the National coffee outlets. Cakes where very nice as was the quirky cutlery.

Really great place, the feel is casual and friendly, the service slick and professional.Aside from great coffee I like that all sorts of folk come here.Can not recommend highly enough.
