Brasserie Blanc in Cheltenham

A mixed visit today. The food is usually so reliable, and the service just right. Very busy so the staff seemed rushed. So no time to order desserts that we wanted. Scallops were tiny (5 the size of my thumbnail) for a main course, and grit on every one. The waiter was good enough to refund me.

Had a lovely day at brasserie blanc yesterday food was really nice and service was great too a lovely 3 course lunch with glass of wine. Thank you.

I went to Brasserie Blanc many years and didn't like it because of the interior decor, the whole place seemed cold and clinical. Now, many years on, they have revamped it, the menu is good and the dishes appear beautifully presented and cooked. Lovely! It's on my 'A' list again.

Really enjoyed our Valentines Day dinner. The Beef Wellington was cooked to perfection and the flambé Baked Alaska finished the meal wonderfully! The meal was possibly the best I have ever eaten, the restaurant was nicely adorned and the staff were professional and friendly!

Nothing was bad. A few things were great. Appetizers, in particular, were excellent. The mains were hit and miss, with one being a very average bangers and mash with a fancy name - it was just bog standard bangers and mash, but only two sausages.

Really enjoyed our meal here this evening! Lovely ambiance and sophisticated feel to the restaurant, food was presented really nicely and was delicious. Very attentive service (I think our waiter was called Alex), also very helpful at explaining restriction with the voucher we had before the meal to help us choose. Would recommend!

Brasserie Blanc is one of the most elegant restaurants in Cheltenham. Stylish and sophisticated decor makes it a very pleasant environment to dine in. The dining area is very spacious and light, you feel comfortable at your table and far enough away from other tables. The staff are very warm and friendly, eager to please without being pushy. We were there on 24 September 2021, we didn't have a booking, but staff kindly found a table for us for 1.5 hours.We had the most delicious Halibut in leek sauce with prawn crushed potatoes , it was absolutely delectable, I would highly recommend it! The wine was Stellenbosch chablis and was a perfect accompaniment to the fish. This was a wonderful experience and friendly staff and the waiter made us feel welcome and special.

My Sunday lunch was great with high qualities ingredients, amazing best trained staffs, awesome services which made me feel like a queen! 👑

We were very impressed by the table service, the quality of the food and the ambience. It was a very good menu with plenty of variety. Every dish was well cooked and carefully presented.There was a mix up with our starters order but the waitress was most apologetic and it was sorted quickly. Our complimentary bottle of rosé was very good too.I would highly recommend this restaurant. Be mindful that the drinks are pricey but that's not unusual for a top class restaurant. The mains cost quite a bit more than average at approx £24 but this isn't an average night out!Our meal for 4 was over £200 which included 5 starters, 4 mains and 3 desserts, soft drinks, beer and port. Service is included in the bill.

Good food at decent prices. Squid salad did not have any taste of chilli and ginger which was disappointing and lacked seasoning. The duck leg was very nice and paired well with the orange sauce. Pistachio soufflé was well made.
