Brewhouse & Kitchen Cheltenham in Cheltenham

This was our first time visiting and we were very impressed. Edmund looked after us and he was brilliant! He made sure that everything was exactly as we ordered, even checking for the extra bacon in the burger before he put it on the table.A great experience and we’ll definitely be coming back.There is a default tip of 10%, but it was worth every penny!

Very nice beer, loads of choice and friendly staff. A little slow on the drinks orders to table through the app but no biggie. Had a few bits to eat, no complaints with the food. Prices were standard for the area.

Came for Sunday lunch (on Mothering Sunday). Kept waiting for over an hour during a quiet period. Food arrived mostly cold (only the gravy was warm), beef was barely edible, potatoes were half burnt (pictured). Bar staff back talked me when I said it was taking so long.Update - review upgraded from 1* to 2* because the bill was comped as an apology but it doesn't make up for the wasted time and ruined Mother's Day.

1st date night of the year and 1st time here and got to say food was grate staff were to and such a good vibe in there will be back soon

Popped in for a 'quick drink' with the family this morning. We were eventually greeted by a barman who mumbled something incomprehensible about us being able to choose whatever we wanted to drink (it was 11.20am), and that we could sit wherever we liked. He then walked off.Another member of staff was on the phone for the duration of our visit. He informed us that someone would be over to take our order. The disappearing barman then returned, to his bar, chatted briefly with his colleague and made no effort to come and take our order for our 'quick drink' at all. Bar one other (served) customer, we were the only customers in the bar at the time.Took a picture as we were leaving, both staff members aware we were obviously leaving disappointed. Still no effort to engage with us at all. Truly bizarre.Poor

Great ales brewed on site, fresh as. Good portions of tapas/small dishes, enjoyed the chorizo & calamari especially.

First family visit since Covid lockdown. Dog friendly, great food, even better beer (all nicely explained and food-matched by Alex, the head brewer)Great value tasty food, friendly helpful service! Will be back again soon!

Been there on a Thursday evening without a booking, nice enough cause we sat outside and caught up with friends. The food was nice however I ordered Mac&Cheese with bacon bits and jalapeños but they did not have jalapeños (someone came to the table and apologised for this) - it was on the tip of my tongue to say Tesco is just round the corner surely you can purchase a jar of jalapeños from there ….Anyway since we used the App to order online, customer service was downhill as they don’t really care anymore! Nobody even checked back to see if everything is alright with the food! When the waiter brought the drinks over he asked us to take them from the tray so he doesn’t touch the glasses but then if you think about it… who placed them on the tray first instance :))) , that didn’t make sense at allMy husband ordered the double cheeseburger however the patty I believe was cut in two (were extremely thin)Very small portions if you consider those as mains!

Really enjoyed the food. The craft beer was very smooth and comfortable seats! We had the sharing platters, and then chicken burger and Mac and cheese. All really tasty! Def worth a visit if you're in Cheltenham.

We originally had a Saturday afternoon beer masterclass booked; but unfortunately at the last min, the beer master couldn't attend due to having to self isolate; so we swapped to the beer and food matching experience instead... and I must say, it was absolutely brilliant. Our host Emma certainly knew her stuff when it came to beer and food. We were taken on a fascinating craft ale and tapas taste tour, with just the right level of presentation and being left to savour and discuss - perfect. Thanks to everyone at Brewhouse & Kitchen.
