Great experience. Order via the app and pop in to collect when you're near. Restaurant is clean and modern, staff friendly.

Food is good more often than not but the times to which youre able to order for delivery is hugely disappointing. Shame this is the only BK in Cheltenham. Says it closes at 2100 but at 1845 no delivery option, nor is anyone answering the phone. This branch does not represent the BK franchise well.

I think some of the negative reviews are unfounded. The ordering system uses touch free technology, a great advantage in this age (top tip don’t try to touch the screen!!). If you struggle just talk to the staff like humans, they will help!

One star because they don’t accept cash. Big businesses are saving 10’s of thousands of pounds by scrapping cash payments, but not passing the saving on to customers.Won’t accept cash yet they will give out cups paper, plastic all handled by loads of people! Bonkers

It's not a bad place I often visit. The burger buns however are always so dry.

Awful. 2 luke warm burgers... the cheese hadn't even melted. No wonder we were only the 3rd customers in there at 5pm on a busy Friday night. Will not be going back.

Went on Sunday 7th November. 2 out of 4 touch screen ordering machines were out of use and staff refused to take orders over the counter. The tables were not wiped down after use although there were two staff obviously meant to be doing the job. Got the food and both burgers were stone cold. Both ordered cheese burger melts, one with bacon. Clue is in the title, food is meant to be hot enough to melt the cheese at least! The bun isn't even warmed. For a big chain, it was a terrible experience and not cheap at £17. The only hot bit was the chilli cheese melts.

Really poor customer experience due to over reliance on self service system that doesn’t fully work. Covid-19 restrictions aside, why am I paying you to do less and I have to do more? That’s not a service guys! When I have a problem the staff have no interest and are too busy to help! I had to use a point screen to order my food rather than a touch screen or speaking to a staff member at the counter. Quite a clever idea as it’s a point one so no touching and I appreciate the current Covid-19 situation, so fair enough. Some good innovation but let down entirely by lack of interaction between customer and staff who seem to have embraced this technology so that they really want no contact with the customer and it’s rather a them and us scenario. I had no idea at the ordering stage that I would have to make my own drink 🥤!! Once food arrived I was given a cup. Guess what the app didn’t work and I tried over 10 times. I couldn’t get a signal so the device wouldn’t work. I mean, who designed this system for what would inevitably happen? I completely resent having being put into this situation. In the end I left without my drink which I had paid for. Completely useless. This is the first time I’ve actually been into Burger King for about 4 years, so I’m affectively a new customer. Rest assured and suffice to say this will be my last time. So 10 steps backwards for customer service Burger 🍔 King 👑 as you have managed to create a culture of alienating the customer and providing an extremely poor customer experience. 😞

Visited Cheltenham BK yesterday 16th. Tried to order 2 burgers on self serve screen not easy to use. Asked staff if could order from till no,Attitude of staff was atrocious. Asked for help at the machine no answer ignored my request for help.Ended up with one burger The staff need training with customer relations. I agree the staff are not happy ,the owner of this franchise needs to take more interest in this franchise .This restaurant was very quiet for the time of day no excuse for staff to ignore customers wanting help. This place needs a shake up.

They have great self service machines that don't require you to touch the screen, simply point at it. However, for standard soft drinks, you have to fill the cups yourself. This can be a real struggle when a customer is ordering for more than themself. Furthermore, the drinks machine is a standard touchscreen which defeats the purpose of ordering on the point to select self service screen if you will just be picking up the virus here anyway. So three stars, mostly for effort and fast service. But fails in many places when it comes to efficiently getting the customer dealt with in a virus safe manner.
