Chikenzo in Cheltenham

Never again. Two and half hours for some chicken wings and cookies. Rang them three times over the course of an hour and every time it was "on its way". Turned up cold, chips soggy and chicken falling out the bag. Used to order from here twice a week but their service now is so utterly terrible I'll never order from there again. Don't waste your money, go anywhere else!

Rude staff member...After waiting in the restaurant for ages we were told there was "no pizza" (despite seeing pizza being prepared and bagged up)... apparently they had ran out. Yeh I guess that does happen but don't just leave people waiting inside the store like plums expecting to be served. Was my birthday also..not that it matters..

I use to love this place but recently every time I eat from here both me and my partner end up with the runs the next day.

Good quality inexpensive pizzas and excellent grill chicken. Docked a star for an openly stated policy of not answering the phone if it’s busy.

Nice place, the food is tasty, usually order pizzas from here they are hit and miss, some tines the taste is great, sometimes not so good, but great price at £10 for 2 pizzas...

Good portion size and tasty. Delivery was 20mins earlier than expected.

Based on fake reviews on just eat unfortunately we ordered rubbish food from this place.Stone cold bread with very cold disgusting doner. Taste horrible. Food was awful. Apparently 4.99 burger comes only with a bun and a mayo, not even ketchup, unless you pay extra. How greedy and rubbish. I wish at least the burger was tasting OK.. Clearly frozen stuff, the bun burned and the patty burned.. Would not give it to a dog, really shame on you, how you operate like this?? How do you even get good reviews? I'm sure you pay for them. NEVER NEVER AGAIN!

Hands down the best chicken shop in the southwest! Not only are the staff polite, professional and highly skilled but the food is divine. All meats, breads and dairy are fresh everyday and all meals are served to restaurant quality(I can tell this as I eat at alot of establishments) . You can be in for a long wait if getting delivery but it's always worth the wait in the end. Although it's a "chicken shop" the gourmet beef burgers are my favourite thing on the menu. Can't forget the buy one get one free on pizzas aswell (always useful when moneys tight)... Literally a domino's pizza for way less! While I'm at it.. Give the milkshakes a try they make "shakes to go" look awful. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK CHICKENZOS.

Bumped into this place and was drawn in by the menu. They have your typical items i.e. burgers, chicken, pizza as well as calzone and pasta. I tried the bbq chicken calzone and was impressed, very tasty and filling. The chicken wings are also very flavoursome. It took a while for the food to be out but then realised they cook the food fresh so it was definitely worth the wait. The Texas fries could be spruced up a bit. They looked like masala fries in the picture but were very bland. Definitely worth a visit though.
