Costa in Cheltenham

Need to change their opening hours as door and sites say differently. Also click and collected food that were out of stock and told to contact head office for refund

Absolute joke. Ordered a flat white and got a disgusting cup of boiled water . 20 minutes later the cup is still boiling hot. They somehow made it in 10 seconds. Best way to describe it? Chavvy thieves

Easy to park outside and staff always friendly. You can get a seat indoors most of the time.

Travelled all the way from Cardiff picked up my sister to have coffee and cake and was told can't sit in even tho 2 of us were disabled and would clean the table ourselves.and there were dirty cups on 3 different tables .Would of given 0 stars but would let me

Too many staff faffing around instead of serving the queue. Waited 20 mins to be served, then got grunted at by a teenager.

Busy shop. Cakes can be not so fresh so be sure to ask for a new one from there stock. Mix bag of staff friendliness, requires consistency.

They might close at 5 but there was no need to make so much noise dragging chairs around to clean. Couldn't have a decent conversation from 4.40!

Waited far too long in a small queue for my drinks. Asked what food was gluten free and was told there was a good few to choose from only for another member off staff to later confirm nothing is gluten free. Waited a further 5 minutes for my drinks only for the order to be wrong... wouldn’t go back to say it bluntly

Coffee was ok, however iced drink was flavourless and the cream topping pretty much just a white blob. Looked to be doing staff training but that is no excuse for serving a sub par product to paying customers.

Typical Costa coffee with all the amenities that you would look for and expect. Parking is ample as it's located in a shopping centre. Coffee is good and staff are friendly.
