Creams Cheltenham in Cheltenham

Had a great time at Creams Cheltenham, and had good service by the staff. Loved the funky interior…but enjoyed my Giant Oreo Sundae even more ;) 40th bday treat done!

I am addicted to Gelato, mainly the creamy ones, Creams Cafe has been my place to go here in Cheltenham. Thank you @ELENA for a great service.

Lowkey Dog s*#*. The waffles are good but the milkshakes are hit or miss. Ordered online recently and it was a waste of money. My thickshake arrived and it was literally just water!! ALSO, what is wrong with your delivery service? Your delivery staff left my food on the floor in the community hallway instead of delivering it to me directly which I paid 3 quid for! It's disgusting!!

After a number of enjoyable experiences here, it’s suddenly gone downhill. Crepes were served cold, no coffee machine (so ordered tea instead, which didn’t actually arrive; I had to get that refunded). Service was pretty poor too. Given that the menu is significantly reduced and only one other table was occupied during our visit I think the level of service was inexcusable. No tip, won’t be returning ever again

Creams desserts are absolutely amazing however not the bubble tea. I ordered a strawberry milk tea and it tasted of nothing maybe it was that they didn’t remember to put in any syrup but all I tasted was pink water. I do not recommend Bubble tea from creams.

I went in with my boyfriend today and was the only one waiting to order. two members of staff ignored me to my face for 5 minutes. I went back to my table wanting to leave, but I knew my boyfriend wanted to try here so sucked it up. They didn’t have any cheesecakes or cookie bomb things so I said only the red velvet cake then. They ordered it twice when I had said one. I’m appalled by the staffing, horrific and rude and ignored me all

Crepes were lovely, but latte was poor. Very strong and it had a 2 inch head of froth on it. I've not had a latte like that before.

Very poor customer service, I do not recommend at all.Spoke to 2 staff about my query both of whom were unwilling to resolve.Children wanted to celebrate an occasion but left the place totally disappointed and feeling sick after they drank their milk iced tea.

Staff knowledge of allergens was appalling, not only did they not have a gluten free menu (so I had to go through the entire allergen list that I had to find myself on their website), but when I went to place my order they had no idea what the allergen list even was, when I ordered it gluten free. On top of this, the vibe of the place was really uncomfortable and off, staff were shifty and looked actively bored and were generally quite rude. Go to Kaspa's instead.

Fantastic ice-cream and waffles. The staff were courteous and prices are reasonable for the quality and quantity. Would recommend this place highly. Just an advice to the tremendous team to keep some drinking tap water.
