Terrible service. Forgot our chips then when we got home they had given us the wrong pizza.

Absolutely the rudest dominoes I have EVER contacted. Will never ever try again here, rude staff on the phone (female) and just disgusting customer service.. she hung up on me while I asked about delivery. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BRANCH.

When ordering on the phone the person was inpatient, rude and kept asking the same questions over and over again. When the order was delivered the food was not very warm, the quality was not good. We were very disappointed and will not be ordering again or recommending.

Domino's is good pizza, at our old house we used to order from here and since moving about the same distance away from this store but in the other direction they no longer deliver to us because of catchment areas. It is quicker for us to walk to this store than order for delivery from the other store which is a shame because this store used to get our pizzas to us in about 15 to 20 minutes which was really quick.

Went to Domino's around 04:15 on a Saturday night/Sunday morning and orders a personal sized pizza. There were a few people before me but the service was fast beating the estimated time on their system, came out nice and warm, can't complain. Staff were fine, had no complaints. I would eat there again.

I ordered two items costing £21.98. I ordered this at 00:23 and it had only just turned up at 2:47. We were told we’d have an hour wait which we were fine with. And hour and a half later i called to ask where the delivery was. We were told they had called many times as the driver got lost however we haven’t had a single call. I then told him kindly that I wasn’t willing to pay full as we had to wait for 2 and a half hours for COLD food that we were told was being re made. I was then told that my order would be taken away from me if I didn’t pay full. So I payed full and then rang the company and told them what had happened and asked for £5 for the troubles caused in a calm and collected manner. She hung up on me after 3 minutes. I am furious with the actions that have been made. Their food may be good but their service is terrible!

I use this dominos for home delivery all the time. The food is the same everytime. Great. Without any vouchers or deals it's way too expensive but I would never pay full price.We also get it for work meetings once a month and it's always on time and as expected.The best pizza in town

Pizza was late as usual (been a customer for years), and this time the order was incorrect. Manager apologised and dispatched the order again.Late again (2hour delivery) and the replacement pizza had the wrong toppings yet again.Funny thing is he confirmed our order, and our boxes had our order on the label but not on the pizzas lol!So we inform the manager to be told we will be sent a free pizza voucher via email. 2 weeks later, with no email received, we ring the manager to investigate only to be err'd by the broken English speaking phone operator. We were told they were busy and the manager was unavailable and they would call back. Very impolite and put the phone down bluntly.Would recommend if you fancy gambling that the phone operator can understand your order, and best of luck trying to complain if the order is wrong!!P.S.Just ordered papa johns with the other half, on time and tasty lol!
