Falafel King in Cheltenham

Place has slowly turned to rubbish since the original Falafel King. Last 4 orders have been wrong and the quality and amount of food has dropped right off. Time to give up

Food is delicious so I don't want to mark them down. but the phone number never answers. I made a mistake on an order and tried several times to get through to the restaurant to amend it. I spotted the mistake seconds after completing it so there would be ample time to adjust. There was no refund involved, just an error with the sauce but it's absolutely pointless having a phone that you don't answer.

Completely avoid this place. Customer service is absolutely ridiculous. We called about a wrong order and the person on the phone was so unbelievably rude and couldn't even apologise, couldnt do anything to make it right and proceed to yell at me that Im ridiculous for asking about my order?

I am of Lebanese heritage and grew up with falafel and flavours like hummus and tzatziki, which means it takes a lot to impress me. I stopped in on a whim and was so impressed! I watched the man scoop and freshly fry up my falafel and the taste was absolutely incredible!!

Enjoyed a really tasty falafel wrap here. Worth heading to for lunch to eat in or take out. Found it a bit difficult to find - it's actually a Turkish (I believe) restaurant from the outside and the falafel business is located inside (opposite Subway). Would definitely return and opt for this over a meat wrap very easily!

Decor is sparse but colourful. I liked the carpet bags for sale on the walls. Tables well spaced out rather packed in, which I appreciated. Lady who served us friendly and clearly knew her stuff. Also in her own clothes not a uniform. Food was good tasty healthy plentiful and very reasonable. Great place for lunch or a light dinner. Overall good veggie food with only smiles added. If I'm in the area will return. NB Cash only.

Best falafel in town. The store is very clean and the staff are very welcoming and friendly. And yes that Baclava was amazing.

Amazing falafel and cooked fresh in front of you! The menu is all vegetarian. Staff are very friendly and were knowledgeable when I asked what was vegan - I always go for a vegan falafel wrap. I go there whenever I'm in Cheltenham, it's that good! It is a hidden gem in Cheltenham and more people should go! There is a large seating area and would be suitable for groups but I usually get takeaway.
