Five Guys in Cheltenham

Great food had over the weekend, brilliant burger and fries! On the receipt it said a guy named Fin served me. If he sees this review, good job sir, you are great at what you do.

Had a burger 🍔 with gherkins and mustard and I was not impressed at all it taste so bland no seasonings in the meat and I have to say i have to rate it low as it reminds me like McDonald's and the other big chains never really did anything for me I left my food as not worth the money ... and false cheese like those processed slices ...!!!!

Excellent burgers cooked fresh with top grade ingredients. The great thing is you can watch them making your meal. Costs a bit more than other burger joints but this is not your regular burger joint. You won't get some shriveled and soggy mess that seems to be the standard elsewhere. The thick-shakes are a meal in themselves, just a shame they have stopped the coffee flavour ice-cream as that was my favourite.

More expensive than the competitors but the quality taste and portion size is much better so worth the extra in my opinion

I've been working for Deliveroo for 4 years delivering food in Cheltenham, I've never been humiliated like I was today by one security guards who threw me out of the Store just because I had a Deliveroo bag, I wish Five Guys had more respect for drivers like this like us Drivers we are also Five Guys customers.

One of the best, if not the best burger I’ve ever had. Service was fast, fluid and friendly. Lots of seating, even at lunch rush hours! Milkshakes are also very good, salted caramel FTW!

Amazing place to go! Even though it's pricey. I love the atmosphere and the unlimited drinks. Messed up my order second time I went there. I wanted a bacon dog and they charged me for a bacon burger. To make up for it, they gave me the burger, a bacon dog, and fries while also refunding me. All in all I paid ~£5 for everything (because I also got a milkshake) in the picture and it tasted great.

Keep away from Cheltenham Five Guys- they will steal your money.Absolute overpriced and dreadful service. See the picture below of the £9 slop burger I was sold- they forgot to add the meat- no seriously they forgot the meat.I called the manager a guy called Antonis Hadjinicolaou who said sorry `I can offer you a voucher or you can come back and I will give you a refund- when I said it will cost me £20 to get a taxi there and back he said sorry tough luck.Just to be clear they sold me £35 of burgers (three burgers) and forgot the meat- my choises were pay £20 to return to the shop (that they wont refund) or I can have a voucher sent in the post.Please look at the picture this is overpriced slop with no meat BECAUSE they forgot to put it in that they serve.

Amazing. Never been before. You create your own burger and it taste like no other burger I have ever had :') I WANT MORE!!. They have loads of drinks to choose from, all on tap like Dr pepper :') amazing, don't go you'll make the queue bigger hehe
