Awful, really cold and pitta bread was put outside the box as an afterthought. Won’t be ordering from here again

Why advertise being open from 12pm only to accept orders and then cancelling them 5 seconds later. Twice.

They mistakenly sent me lamb instead of chicken during a busy weekend dinner time. Phoned up and received profuse apologies from the chap on the other end. The replacement kebab arrived within 10 minutes, with further apologies from the driver. Everyone makes mistakes from time to time. This is how to deal with them. Kebab tasty and well seasoned. Salad fresh and crisp. Chilli sauce punchy enough to not disappoint a capsaicin addict.

The kebabs are good very generous. But they only take cash! Which seems a bit outdated these days - that is the reason I gave only 3 stars as I don’t usually have cash on me😬

First time customer. Large donner, salad, chilli sauce and garlic sauce. Absolutely brilliant. Meat was flavoursome and not at all greasy. Salad was clearly fresh and crisp. Chilli sauce was tongue-tingling and the garlic mayo was thick and delicious. Certainly one of the very best kebabs I've had. Recommended.

Not had a takeaway so can't comment on delivery, but each time I go in for food the staff are professional, friendly and super efficient. What I really like is the portion sizes. They do not hold back with the Donner meat and chips!!! Honestly, never actually been able to finish something I've bought. Well worth the money

If you live on takeaways then just ignore this review as the food from this place is probably good enough for the price you pay.If, however, you get takeaways just occasionally then please go elsewhere. I cook from scratch all the time, so to me a nice home-made meal is the standard. But from time to time I can't be bothered or I just crave some junk food. I wish I actually went to McDonald's instead of ordering from Flames - that would have been so much better! I ordered kebab meal (kebab, fries and a can of Pepsi). The food was barely warm. The meat was of weird grey colour, buried under a mountain of red and white onions with some lettuce (that's what they call salad, I guess).The chips were dry and tasteless. If I had a dog I wouldn't feed it this meal. I imagine something like this is served in prison. Needless to say, I will never ever be ordering from them again. This thing has actually put me off takeaways for a long time!

Medium Kebab cost around £5.50 which is reasonable because the portion size is quite big! However the chicken kebab meat was way too salty for my liking so that I couldn’t taste much of the meat. I did love the salad though. For a last minute snack it ain’t bad!
