Lovely pub with a great atmosphere even throughout January when places can be quiet. I had a lovely meal and coffee. Thank you to Chloe for the great service and we will be back.

We arrived at 12.30, a party of 8 to celebrate Christmas with family. The greeting was very welcoming and warm. We were shown to our table. We ordered using the app which we found a few difficulties with. We also needed help finding our way round glutton free options. I have to say the staff were amaising, nothing was to much trouble. With a patient member of staff ( should have got her name, sorry) sorted out the order with a present smile at the till. We had such a special time as this was the first time we have all been together for two years.Thank you so much and have a great Christmas and New year Hatherley Inn.Nick Poole.

Lovely meal, quick service and very attentive staff. Would definitely recommend for a pub Sunday lunch and we will be back.

Best pub - my absolute favorite place to enjoy a pint here in the UK 🇬🇧The Hatherley offers a good variety of drinks and selection of food so you can drink longer and enjoy your time with friends even more.Decorations change throughout the year, according to the season (Halloween/Christmas etc.).Staff is super friendly and helpful, the place is clean, warm and welcoming. 13/10 would recommend. 👍🏻

Honestly? Rather disappointing. Some of the seats are ripped and dirty-seen far better days. On arrival, my friend and I were disappointed to find that all of the hand sanitiser dispensers were empty.The food was very average-although it did arrive within 10 minutes of ordering.To their credit, the staff are very, very polite and provide good service.On the whole, it's a very average place to meet up now and again with friends for a catch up, but sadly nothing special.

Post races early evening meal. Hadnt booked, but they fitted us in. Ordered via the app - simple. Drinks arrived swiftly followed by piping hot generous plate of food. Service with a smile always appreciated.

This is our second Green King visit in two days, they are NOT all the same. This one is friendly and efficient. Chloe was our server, she's first rate at her job. We wish her well for her future. Loos were spotless. I would highly recommend the Lamb Shank so very tasty. Don't miss this gem in Cheltenham, we will be back.
