Visited on 27 December for my birthday, just to enjoy a coffee & cake with my parents as we were visiting John Lewis already. Having contacted Huffkins ahead of our arrival, the General Manager responded and confirmed a table had been booked for the three of us (which we were unable to do online).Upon arrival, we were then warmly welcomed and taken to our table. The service was so friendly and professional throughout. The cake / breakfast selections really good, although some seemed a little over-priced for the portion size, coffee was tasty, and really efficient service. The three of us were impressed with this overall service provided and enjoyed our different coffees and tea cake, scone, and toast that we had ordered. Will definitely return.

We love this cafe, it is spotlessly clean, bright and airy. Marcus is a gem, polite and smiling. The pastries were the best ever and the coffee just right. We went 4 days in a row!

Visited here recently with my family, We ordered the avocado eggs with bacon and my children ordered a toast each. Toasties came with a nice salad garnish and pack of crisps and our avocado eggs looked really presentable and freshly made. All of our food was delicious and great value for money! Service was very efficient and the staff were very friendly and helpful. You can order via QR code (which we did) or order at the counter, all of which was explained by the lovely young lady who seated us. Great system and great food! Cant wait to return to try some of the lovely looking cakes.

Fantastic cafe at the heart of the best store in Cheltenham. The food was incredible, you have to try a cake or bake! The staff were extremely polite, friendly and made the visit. The atmosphere was calm and subtle. If you’re in the area this is a must visit for sure.

We went to the little Huffkins cafe a little further down from John Lewis. The afternoon tea was nice, we did have to ask for things like sugar/sweeteners for the table as they weren't automatically brought over. There were 6 of us and we did have to do some cake negotiations as a lot of the cakes on the 3 afternoon tea stands we had were different. Not much savory in the afternoon tea, just the finger sandwiches (also, they give you 9 on each stand which led to further negotiations between 2 sharing).

Whenever I visit Cheltenham i pay a visit to Huffkins for lunch. This was my first time visiting the John Lewis Huffkins and it was a very enjoyable experience. I was able to book a table online easily which was great because i know it can get busy. I had the soup of the day which was Leek and Potato and my daughter had the childrens scrambled eggs. Both meals came out very promptly and were delicious. My soup came with croutons and 2 massive slices of bread, they don't skimp at all! The staff were lovely and nothing was too much trouble. We had a great time and cant wait to visit again!

Scrummy food and amazing service! Well worth visiting and having a rest from the masses that have come to visit the new John Lewis store!Brilliant location - 1st floor overlooking all the old historic building of the High Street. With the windows and metal work of the John Lewis fronting, it looks like they have framed Cheltenham and all it's glory. If you love cheese I recommend their Welsh Rarebits
