Hi all good food pit stop here all!! Service quite quick in service and value! This drive through KFC has toilets and a sit in area all OK, give it a try all, enjoy all!! N. Hayward Gloucester

Food good and hot correct items too. Only criticism would be no clean tables available but they were cleaned when I requested it.

I bout a 20 piece bucket of wings and found something that is not chicken breaded in my bucket .. and when it is squeezed it oozes green stuff🤢🤮🤮

Visited this branch on Thursday evening 27th January. Despite the fact only 5 tables were occupied it was virtually impossible to find a clean table and totally impossible to find a bin which was not totally overflowing with rubbish! When I pointed this out to staff who were busy chatting amongst themselves, they showed a distinct lack of interest.I find it amazing there is a complete lack of interest in keeping the restaurant clean and hygienic particularly during these difficult times.

Terrible service, dine in customers all queuing around the counter. Delivery drivers seemed to have priority. Chips are awful, crushem milkshake more full off ice than flavour. Wouldn't eat here again.

Used this KFC many times (usually average). But in 02.02.22 around 15:30 fair play to the team and girl who served me WELL DONE. My best meal at the KFC ever.

Visited today for lunch, really poor show with respect to mask wearing behind the counter. Lots of coughing into hands by staff and nose wiping. Also took 20 minutes to get a wrap. Not impressed.. Decided to throw food away, rather than risk it this close to Xmas especially as the new variant is spreading so fast. BAD SHOW KFC YOU SHOULD BE SETTING POSITIVE FOOD SAFETY STANDARDS!!!

Such slow service. Definitely not "fast" food - it took 20 minutes to get 3 pieces of chicken. And when it did eventually come, it was really dry like it had been sat out for ages which made me wonder what took so long... The drink was also not cold and the chips were hard. No napkins or lemon wipes in the bag.

Nice and clean KFC, food was piping hot and staff were friendly, overall a good experience.
