McDonald's in Cheltenham

had a great time at Cheltenham maccies. never fails for a cheeky snack. very lovely staff. 10/10 recommend. one of the staff, named Koko, helped me with my special dietary requirements , I'm very grateful.

Lovely and clean, toilets was very clean.

This place has taken a nose dive at the distance and speed of Felix Baumgartner.As someone who used to run a drive thru with only 3 other staff members it is insane how poor this place is.Toilets: absolutely vileFood: always wrongDelivery: always have stuff missing and always get parred off by both McD and Uber Eats.Honestly, delivery has really run this place into the ground.Even in 2017 and they were still running a batch and hold system was better. You would walk in see what was available and just walk out in 2 minutes. Now you wait between 40 minutes to 2 hours.I think it is time to give up on this place. Which is a shame because I have some fond memories of how this place used to be

I paid and I got my food. So they deserve a star for that. My chips were under cooked, and cold. Also, my big tasty with bacon was cold - it took me a while to even realise there was actually bacon in there!In the lettuce of the burger, I bit into some onion skin, that I thought was a piece of plastic. My strawberry milkshake was strange - I much preferred it as to how I had it 10 years back.Shame Mcdonalds. I thought I could just have a burger for tonights dinner, and get on with my evening. But, I have spent the entire time of the meal trying to complain, and being left let down by the sub par quality and standards of this food.Poor job. 👎P.s I could make a better burger with my eyes closedP.s. (again) compared to yesterdays hypocritacally named ' big tasty', todays double cheeseburger, actually had a noticable flavour (that I enjoyed!)

mcdonalds was good, somewhere in the 6/7 range on the mc scale. My boots had dirty kfc mud on them so I went to the mc toilet and used the mc flush to get them squeaky clean.

Too many youngsters hang around outside the front, in addition to smokers - this might seem the norm, however it's not something I find an appeal to an eatery. Food is standard as expected from McDonalds - its fast food...

McDonald's has always been and still is my "happy food" and your coffee is the best, in my opinion. But this review is to acknowledge an outstanding member of your staff (I know how people don't usually take the time to do this as they do to complain). She is a young blonde girl that served me this morning (my memory is terrible but I think her name is Amy). The brunch was really busy but she looked very efficient, fixed my order, replaced the sugar that was running out and still took the "time" to smile behind the mask and wish me a nice day! The whole exchange must have lasted less than a minute, but it put a smile on my face and made me want to smile to others for the rest of the day (kindness is contagious!). I work in customer service for over 20 years, and I know it's not easy to keep a smile on our face and be friendly, specially when you are busy and tired, and it's remarkable to see this in such a young age. So we'll done Amy (and I am sorry if that's not your name - rubbish memory!)

I hadn't finished the last one but it accidentally sent.I love the taste of the beef burgers in here I don't know what they do to it to taste so good I have it with chips.I only go now and again when im in town so it's not to bad to have fast food then

the restaurant is always dirty the tables are always full of garbage it is horrible you are looking for 7th table to sit and everything dirty
