Mcdonald's Restaurants in Cheltenham

Wasn't busy at all when I visited yesterday but tables were dirty, and as I had my 3 yr old grandson with me I cleaned table and seating myself, toilets were filthy while the woman who worked there just stood around doing nothing. Won't be visiting again at this particular one. Yuk 🤢

McDonald's has always been and still is my "happy food" and your coffee is the best, in my opinion. But this review is to acknowledge an outstanding member of your staff (I know how people don't usually take the time to do this as they do to complain). She is a young blonde girl that served me this morning (my memory is terrible but I think her name is Amy). The brunch was really busy but she looked very efficient, fixed my order, replaced the sugar that was running out and still took the "time" to smile behind the mask and wish me a nice day! The whole exchange must have lasted less than a minute, but it put a smile on my face and made me want to smile to others for the rest of the day (kindness is contagious!). I work in customer service for over 20 years, and I know it's not easy to keep a smile on our face and be friendly, specially when you are busy and tired, and it's remarkable to see this in such a young age. So we'll done Amy (and I am sorry if that's not your name - rubbish memory!)

Probably the thickest people on earth work here. Fancy missing half of your order? Order here now! Fancy cold food? Order here now! I get that these people work in McDonald’s so won’t be the sharpest knives in the kitchen, but they do take dumb to another level.

It's a McD: the trademark is they are the same everywhere with the same McD food for a low price. The staff remains professional even though sadly not all customers are respectful to them.

Gave out of date drink in a happy meal everything else was fine

the restaurant is always dirty the tables are always full of garbage it is horrible you are looking for 7th table to sit and everything dirty

I hadn't finished the last one but it accidentally sent.I love the taste of the beef burgers in here I don't know what they do to it to taste so good I have it with chips.I only go now and again when im in town so it's not to bad to have fast food then

Bit of a mix up with my order, waiter 20 minutes to be told they shouldn’t have processed it as ordered after 10.However, gave me a full refund and gave me ample food that they had left. Way more than I originally ordered.Great job.

Service was good. Punctual, and only 1 minor error. The fries were crunchy indicating dirty oil. As for the toilets... OMG. Music was louder than a nightclub loos, doors heavy and very hard to open, urinals definitely hadn't been cleaned properly in days (built up urine stains, and this was before noon), seats not wiped underneath. I was so angry I took my kids to another loo for their own safety.

I wish I was joking, but 99% of the time that I order from this McDonald’s there’s either items missing, they’ve gotten the order wrong, it’s all stone cold, or a combination of the three. The delivery is expensive and takes a ridiculously long time, especially when considering the consistent messing up of the order.
