I was pleasantly surprised. Had the tuna tacos. Friends' meals looked good too and the waiting staff were patient and lovely.

I have had several meals here recently and the food has always been great, breakfast, lunch or dinner. It would be a 5 but the service can be a bit hit and miss. Just the simple things they don't always deliver on such as giving you a large pot of tea, a small cup and only 1 sachet of sugar. When you ask for more they bring another sachet if they remember.

Really great food and service. Waitress was on her first day in the job and she was really great! She was well supported by her team and nothing was too much trouble with my fussy breakfast requests!

A wonderful restaurant for a family of five, including two girls under 5 years old. The staff in particular were so welcoming and attentive to our girls’ needs and it was all round a relaxing and enjoyable experience. Cannot rate highly enough and will be returning customers! A big thank you to the chefs and the staff!

For the first time ever at Bills, was disappointed.Partly my own fault for not reading the small print but adding £3.50 as a surcharge for a Minute Steal on the Fixed Price menu made an affordable lunch an expensive one.When I was about to query it, the waiter vanished and I waited another 10 minutes to pay the inflated bill.Shall be very wary of visiting again.A real shame

Had a lovely meal here at Bill's Cheltenham. The food was lovely and they adapted the meal for my fussy Keto diet. The staff are very friendly and the manager Jamie came to check everything was good with our food. Highly recommended 👌

Great location. Option of sitting inside or outside. Greeted at the door, we had a friendly waiter. The atmosphere was great. We ordered strawberry pancakes a breakfast brunch and a veggie breakfast. All food was warm, tasty and filling. Price was reasonable. Highly recommend a visit to Bills.
