Service was terrible from the time I walked in the door. I waited 10 minutes for an employee to bring a menu. When it was finally provided, it had mold inside. Naturally, I left. The two ladies inside clearly didn’t want to be there - I wasn’t going to wait and see how much the chef hated his job!

Lovely spot, you would do well to visit and dine in. Very welcoming and attendant staff. Manager, Smokey, full of verve and confidence. Amazing wine list and knowledge from the staff. Enjoyable experience.

Took my mother for lunch as we fancied sitting outside and enjoying the sun. The building is inviting and well situated for sun and people watching. I particularly enjoy the Tivoli plastic millionaires. Service was very good; the waitresses were very attentive and kind. Very pretty girls who had presumably just completed their A levels and awaiting to go off to university. The menu was not terribly exciting. The food when it arrived was not good. Our starter was ok but the main was quite disapointing, the fish overcooked, and the potatoes undercooked. I felt the attention to detail with regards the food is just not there. The management seems to comprise of interesting characters who wouldn’t look out of place as extras in a gritty gangster film. Characters coming and going giving the appearance the business is a front of some kind. The chap we spoke to seemed unconcerned with regards our disappointment with the meal and offered no compensation. Though he was polite. I would say that this place is fine if you just want a drink in the sun. However, avoid the food is my suggestion, the attention to detail is just not there.

Visiting Cheltenham and stopped here for food and wine. Felt that a wine bar would be a good place to drink wine. Dirty glasses sent back 3 times. Selected wine not available. Food very average. Ordered second bottle of wine, brought but was warm. Asked for a cold bottle. Brought another warm bottle. Minimal attempt at an apology. Definitely not recommended.

Don’t really know where to start with this one but not too pleased to say the least! I’ve tried a few of the restaurants in the Southwest But I thought her will be different But it’s absolutely disgusting

Amazing house champagne served with cheeky service, which I like. The staff are as bubbly as the champers.

Great place, despite social distancing booked a last minute table, we couldn't get in at first so left number and got a call when a table became available, we were at another bar so wasnt a problem. Speedy service from great staff, definately recommend 👍
