Visited today - dirty tables and seats , staff sullen and dismissive , food arrived lukewarm and fries were old/reheated . Terrible experience- will never eat at this place again .

Didn't book as it was a Thursday lunch...All 4 of us had vegetarian options. Halloumi as starters as we lovvve Halloumi ❤️Spiced Chickpeas burger is amazing just needed spicing up a bit more so I added the Nando's garlic chilli sauce. The other 2 had bean burger & beanie wrap with nando's spicy chips. And 4th person wanted to try The great limitator wrap - she wasn't happy with it but she's glad she tried it (I think it'll be a favourite for people who ate meat and have become vegan). No room for Dessert.....We used the toilet as it was lovely and clean.Staff were lovely came up to ask if we're OK and How's the food.Parking was easy NCPI'd definitely go to here again

Click & Collect = freezing cold foodI arrive right on time and the food was stone cold including the centre of the chicken. Either was standing out in the open for 15 minutes or they used leftovers from end of lunch service. Complete waste of time and money.Plus so much mayo and ketchup that you can't taste the sauce which is the main reason for going to nando's!Never again!

Reasonably priced and clean. The halloumi and the mashed potatoes were really good. However, the butterfly chicken was disappointingly overcooked and dry, but the seasoning on top was really good.

I remember Nandos in London five years ago. A restaurant by the Tower somewhere, it was a good tasting experience and I looked forward to eating at Nandos again.I’m finally back here today in Cheltenham and at Nandos. I am really wondering what happened in those five years. It feels cheap, and not the good cheap you get with a fortunate buy. It’s cheap and nasty. The atmosphere has gone, the service is now of the “self” type and the chicken is tough and sucks! You could blame it on Covid I suppose, but I feel it’s more looked management taking advantage of Covid.I won’t be back.

A bit of a sad visit having been away from Nandos for a while. Had to wait in a virtual queue for 30mins, then order from a virtual menu (all virus related). The wine options were limited and very expensive. The food was slow to arrive and a bit dull when it did.

Was nice enough, but ordered a family platter, got told we would receive a normal platter and boneless platter as they only had one whole chicken left. We ended up only getting half a chicken and the boneless platter so left a little hungry and missing the chicken we love so dearly.

Standard Nando's, you know what you're getting and it'll be quick (if you can get a table!), fresh and tasty. Staff were all very friendly. Shame the menu has recently changed and lost some of my favourites

I've been to this Nandos about 5 or 6 times. It's the same as the rest of them. Very good. It's always very busy and I would like it if you could reserve a table but that's not an option. The wings are great and so is the rest of the food. It would be good if there were more alcohol option as they are very expensiveI've had Nandos via Deliveroo about 5 times during Covid. And I must admit I'm now more a fan of Nandos than I was previously. I tend to go with the wings and also a wrap.

Our first visit to Nando's. Not sure we knew what to expect but a £45 2 course meal shouldn't feel like self service fast food. Seated quickly and politely. Had to ask how ordering works 🤔. Menu was ok, maybe not as universal as it could be but hey this is Nando's so the menu is what you'd expect.Starters arrived quickly but they were so simple I'm assuming they were prepared in advance and served from the fridge. We'd not hardly started eating when the mains arrived, we were asked if it's ok but when your food is in hand at your table are you really going to send it back?Soft drinks, cutlery and condiments are self serve, so this definitely isn't fine dining. Not that we expected fine dining and are more than happy with self service but this didn't feel much better than Maccies.Food was wetherspoons standard which is ok at spoons prices but for this price / location wasn't what I'd expect.Maybe this is Nando's, and maybe we expected too much? Food and service was ok, we ate everything and the service was fast and polite, but it wasn't the best experience. Maybe Nando's just isn't for us. 🤔
