Superb afternoon tea this afternoon with two of my closest friends. The sandwiches and cakes were all very light and freshly made. The scones were still warm when they were brought out. All tables were in use, but the staff were attentive, polite and busy but in left us to enough the experience. Thank you to all at Once Upon a Tearoom.

The food is awesome. Very big portions, even the children's! Great gluten-free selection.

Had crafternoon tea. Quite cute, although felt we could use tweezers or something. Good amount of decorations. Afternoon tea food was pretty good. Not a strong tea game however, and very pricy

We were given a voucher for tea from our son.We enjoyed it very much .Staff were lovely. We had to wait 20 minutes before any food appeared .Wehad rushed to be there for 3 -30 as requested!Victoria sponge delicious..Welsh cakes needed butter as bit dry.( I’m Welsh!)If we hadn’t been given a voucher we probably wouldn’t have visited as we felt £50 a lot of money for afternoon tea.The most expensive tea we have had anywhere.

Very clean and good atmosphere. Service was slow. Ordered in advance gluten free afternoon tea and was disappointed when only 2 cakes and no savoury goods apart from sandwiches turned up and 1 cake ended up being with a split buttercream meaning it was inedible. We did ask for it to be replaced and it was but with the same cake as we'd already had. Felt like there should have been more variety of gluten free products especially when the standard afternoon tea had 4 cakes and 2 savoury goods as well as sandwiches. Ordered a small birthday cake to be presented with meal which did make up for the loss of cake but still could of done with a broader savoury gluten free range. The Baker did come out and speak with us which I found really helpful and professional. I would definitely go back and hope there would be mote choice for a gluten free diet.

Amazing place we had a baby shower there.they decorated it beautifully, we had afternoon tea, sandwiches, scones and cake of different varieties. The staff were friendly and extremely helpful.

Went for afternoon tea for my Mum's 86 birthday. Not very warm or welcoming. Sandwiches & scones were nice enough but very limited and disappointing selection of cakes. You also have to pay extra if you want them to acknowledge there is a birthday or other event. I have had a much better experience and better quality for the same price. Not really value for money at £25 per head.

We have the best time at this super cute tea room for a friends babyshower. The food was delicious a mixture of sweet & savoury. Staff were so friendly and allowed us to have the best time. Really beautiful tea room.

We had the most amazing takeaway afternoon tea! We took it to eat in the nearby park (we’re not local) and the lady that served us told us how to get there and another spot to go if it was busy. Absolutely delicious. 10/10 would come back again.
