Papa john's in Cheltenham

Pretty shocking to be honest. Online said they were open until 2am, ordered through their own website at 00.20am order was also confirmed! Management really needs to get a hand on things. Called and was told by the manager it was basically not his fault. And my money would be in my account in the next 3 working days. Not even an apology. Shocking. I shall not give this company any more of my money.Avoid avoid avoid.

Why do they put so little topping on the pizza, not sure if I will bother with them again

Great selection of drinks & the burgers are excellent. Staff are friendly too, which is a bonus.

Orderd veg pizza pan base and thin base Received 2 thin based pizza's. Shame they don't check orders before making. Was no point to call them back, would have only said sorry for the inconvenience.

Ordered pizza for collection, pizza was ready on time & no issues parking nearby to collect it. Went for the suffered crust BBQ meat feast which was pipping hot & very tasty. My first time using Pappa John's in Cheltenham & would use again.

Ordered a large pizza with two side dishes. The order arrived quickly, but is was cold. Warmed in the oven at home and the garlic bread was like cardboard. Pizza was soggy and horrid. Should have just brought one from a Supermarket and warmed it up myself or even better made my own.

It is alright. It is what you expect... You get plenty of deals also.Note for management of this pizza place though : display a menu outdoor ! It took me 5 years living next door without daring to order anything just because I could not see your menu and pricing without entering the shop! You lost many orders with this kind of easy mistake...

Best take away pizza in Cheltenham. The food is incredibly good quality and I really enjoy watching the staff make the pizzas. They are actually really talented at what they do and take great pride in their work. Usually places like this the staff look like they hate their job but here the staff are always really friendly and helpful and actually look pleased to be there. When I have ever had a problem they always bring another pizza and usually let you keep the one that was originally sent as a good will gesture. It is slightly more expensive than pizza hut but it's worth the few extra pounds for the great quality. I only go here now as I like it so much. Sometimes they even do cool tricks with the dough and like spin it in their hands. Keep up the great work all see you soon.

Used Papa Johns in Cheltenham and Gloucester a few times now and have received great customer service each time, as well as quick delivery. No complaints at all. I would also suggest taking advantage on any deals they have, just ring and ask as you could save up to half price on certain days.

Amazing service from the Cheltenham branch. Ordered online... but couldn't add a topping... called the shop to say we wanted to add pineapple 🍍🍍the guy told us no problem, he would look out for the order and add the pineapple. When the order arrived the pineapple was missing. Oh well, the pizza was delicious anyway..... 20 minutes later the door gets knocked and its a Papa Johns delivery guy with a complimentary pizza with pineapple!! We hadn't even complained!!! Well done Cheltenham branch... best service EVER!!
