Good tasting we'll prepared food and a lovely atmosphere with nice staff, right in the middle of town too. By any measure a safe bet, but it doesn't really elevate itself above every other restaurant which is offering the same menu and similar experience. Also, they do the universally hated but oh so fashionable tall burgers which you literally can't eat without dislocating you jaw, I long for the day someone serves me a wide flatter burger I can actually eat without it falling apart all over my hand. 12.5% service included... hate this too, i tip well, but i want it to be my choice what the percentage is and if i want to give a specific server extra then that should be on me, including in the bill like this is just transparently offsetting the employers wage bill and probably taxing it too! Anyway, it is a good solid restaurant despite my gripes, go here for a quick bite and you'll be happy I'm sure.

The setting and staff were excellent. Melissa couldn't do enough for us. However the food was middle of the range. A bit pricey for what we had and the quality. Eggs were a bit rubbery as if they'd been reheated. Salad on limp side. Full English was very nice, could've done with more beans but hey ho.

Having gone to many restaurants and experienced many waiters and waitresses, I can honestly say that Arnold, Gabriel, Vicky and Melissa are amongst the best. They were extremely polite, professional and friendly enhancing the experience that my wife and I had tonight. The food was exemplary, especially the desserts, one was a chocolate flowerpot that was edible! Overall quality and originality of the menu means that I would heartily recommend a visit to Bill's in Cheltenham.

We had a feast of starters and everything was delicious, particularly the burrata and roasted red peppers. The service was also brilliant. We'd happily return

I found this great restaurant online. It's such a stunning place. We both had pancakes and they were delicious. The staff are lovely. Bill's is a very atmospheric. I would definitely recommend it.

It's a 3 star from me sadly. Looks lovely outside and in, staff were very friendly and hospitable, but the food just wasn't great. Quite greasy and not really good value for the traditional breakfast priced at 9.99. In total £28 for 2 hot drinks and breakfast which is usually reasonable but not on this occasion.Sorry guys.

Well presented. Slightly overcooked chicken, but the jus was divine, saving the meal. Excellent service and atmosphere, very warm and pleasant. A wide range of items on the menu, great for those who like variety. Selection of wines is well thought out, we made a fantastic choice in the picpoul de pinet (quite a dry and citrus based favour). We would highly recommend. A fantastic dining experience.

Really great food and service. Waitress was on her first day in the job and she was really great! She was well supported by her team and nothing was too much trouble with my fussy breakfast requests!

Great location. Option of sitting inside or outside. Greeted at the door, we had a friendly waiter. The atmosphere was great. We ordered strawberry pancakes a breakfast brunch and a veggie breakfast. All food was warm, tasty and filling. Price was reasonable. Highly recommend a visit to Bills.
