Pret A Manger in Cheltenham

Came in every day for coffee and a bite to eat. Paid fir the subscription. My last experience though was sheer rudeness by the store manager, overlooking my Americano order and completing other orders ahead of me, about 4 orders were done before mine.The Manager was completely miserable, no customer service skills. My partner said hello to her twice, completely ignored her first attempt and reluctantly said hello back.It took the new person who looked like he was in training to sort out my order.Won't be going back. They don't even do frappes, even though they advertise them.So many nice coffee shops in Cheltenham, not going to bother them with my custom again.

Went in yesterday to collect some wraps, when at the till the woman was extremely rude, I asked for a coffee and they didn't reply to me, I got my wraps and sat down in the end, I left my wraps in a bag sealed and went up to attempt to order another coffee, when ignored again I gave up and went to get my wraps and they were gone, I went to the till again and asked where's my wraps gone, the two women in the back we're taking my wraps out the bag and putting them into other bags. Staff is extremely rude there too the two times I've been there. Will not be returning, would rate 0 starts if I could.

A busy yet popular Pret. Lots of smaller tables, idea for coffee, cake and a catch-up. Plenty of seating available at 9:30am on a Saturday in June. Polite and efficient staff.

i come here with my partner almost every day (the pret subscription grind, can't resist) and i felt like i just had to put a good review as every time it's great coffee, the staff are super hard working as we always go during lunch-hour when it's a busy little stretch. we literally always get the same thing (caramel latte and oat flat white) and it's just really sweet when the staff remember that. i work in hospitality myself and the speed, efficiency, and competence of the baristas is unreal - i should be taking notes :)recently been getting the too-good-to-go bags from here also and it's meant i've tried some food i wouldn't normally get. the mac and cheese!! is unreal !!!

I’ve been at Pret last week and the service has been quite disappointing.We got 2 of the really small sandwiches which were around £1.90 each. Once at the till I just tapped my card without realising I was paying £7.60 and when I asked for an explanation the team member that was serving us said she thought we wanted to eat. Even if that was the problem, charging almost £4 to sit down seems a lot to me and when we asked for the difference to be refunded she just said it wasn’t possible to do a refund. Luckily another member of the staff stepped in and was able to solve the problem.

the taller guy with dark hair is SO rude.slammed my drink down, not saying a word along with other peoples orders.he seriously needs a refresher on customer service and how to behave professionally in a customer based role.

I had a really nice experience in here. Nice atmosphere and seating area. Good selection of food and coffee. Customer service was excellent. They randomly offered me a complimentary coffee as I had been coming regularly for a few days. Nice surprise. Please come here if you can. I highly recommend.

Really lovely pret. The staff are friendly and welcoming. The store is very clean and there are staff who are constantly cleaning all the surfaces and tables are cleaned quickly after use.Good social distancing measures are in place here.Love how open the space is. Toilets are also clean.Drinks are really nice. The barista made me a perfect vanilla latte!

Always great food and coffee. Friendly well trained staff, tho not wearing masks?Nice airy design. Ground floor is good for people with disabilities. However, many people will struggle with the steep flight of stairs to unisex toilets. Lots of unused space upstairs where they could be separate toilets for men and women.Do wish we had china cups and saucers and no single use plastic lids for hot drinks.I've been a Pret customer since they first opened. I therefore know how innovative they are si I am disappointed that they are not doing enough recycling. Why are teabags synthetic? They should be 100% biodegradable.Otherwise I'd give 5 out of 5.

I have just received my order through Deliveroo & it’s Absolutely phenomenal! Superb quality of food & of a high standard. Looks just like the picture in the menu! Tastes exceptional! Really has made my day, I also ordered 2 organic chocolate milkshakes & I must say that it was the BEST milkshake i have ever had! HIGHLY recommend!
