Prezzo - Cheltenham in Cheltenham

Prezzo used to be one of my favourite places to dine. I was very disappointed on this visit. Waitress didn’t take our whole order so we was missing sides. When we came to pay they wouldn’t take cash. The man was so rude saying we would have been told before being seated that they don’t take cash. We were never told. Prezzo you need to remember Cash is still a level tender!!

We needed a quick walk in meal before a show. Service was indeed quick and the food tasty. Made even better by a Meerkat 2 for 1 deal!

Delicious food. 1st class service. Really nice atmosphere. Thoroughly enjoyed it.

Five stars for the service but the food here wasn’t really up to the expected standard.My new to the menu chorizo and ricotta ravioli had that ‘straight from the microwave and tossed in a bowl’ look about it. It also lacked both the cheese shavings and basil mentioned in the menu and was unbelievably small too.Thankfully, this was a 2-for-1 offer. Good job because what I was served wasn’t worth anything close to £13.

Been there on a Tuesday, for a late lunch. Food was good although my partner was disappointed with his main (tagliatelle carbonara)… Mine was super deliciousWas quiet which I loved, staff friendlyThank you!

A very disappointing experience at Prezzo. Firstly the service was incredibly slow. We had managed to choose our meal and catch up amongst ourselves before we were seen for our drinks order.I ordered the carbonara, my partner ordered the lasagne. The carbonara was spot on. However my partner's lasagne was stone cold in the centre. We reported it to the staff and it was rectified promptly and the staff were quite apologetic.Overall a disappointing experience but hopefully we just caught them on a bad day.

Went here on the spur of the moment and so glad we did! From the.minute we stepped inside we were made to feel welcome! A lovely lady showed us to a cosy table and I'm not kidding, provided the most professional attention I have ever experienced in any restaurant. So attentive, without being OTT.Our waitress turned out to be the deputy manager. I'm not at all surprised! This lady is a credit to your organisation and should be a manager without question!A real credit to the Prezzo name!

We had a set menu voucher from buy a gift for 3 courses and a glass of house wine each. The food was excellent and fantastic value. The staff friendly and efficient on a busy evening.

Lovely and friendly efficient service. Food was great and a nice time had by all. Rebekah was our waitress, she was great, very helpful, chatty but not in your face. Thoroughly enjoyed ourselves there.
