Al Shazan is a local legend, been coming here for around 20 years now. Great value for money and service is good. The grilled chicken burger is lovely.

Went here yesterday evening and gave an order for chicken wraps for my kids. They asked me to wait for 15mins for the chicken donner to be cooked. It took 30mins. When the chicken was done they cut the cooked portion for someone else, who just placed an order instead. This got me really angry, because it meant I had to wait again. I'm not going back again.

These joker are clueless. Always been charged £3.50 for chicken tikka on naan. Never had an issue with having separate sauces (I hate the naan getting drenched in sauce). I also order £1 worth of donar meat too. So total cost: £4.50On the last occasion, I rang to arrange collection and magically the price of the chicken tikka on naan had increased to £4 (even though their menu shows £3.70 - see attached pic). If I wanted separate sauce it'd be £4.50. Furthermore, the guy on the phone said minimum donar meat order is £2.50, not £1......so all of a sudden, where I'd pay £4.50 for chicken tikka on naan and donar meat, it's now costing £7. Absolute jokers. I told them to cancel the order, I'm not going to be collecting.Lastly, the ALWAYS serve customers they know first, queue jumping is a regular occurrence here. See other reviews.They've also got ZERO food hygiene rating. ZERO.

Food was disgusting, burgers were cold and the fries felt microwaved. Their food hygiene rating is 0 last checked on Jan 2020. Nothing has improved and the overall hygiene of the place is abysmal. Do not order here
