The men's toilets stink you can sell it as you're walking down the stairs, pub it's self is clean and well ran food was hot and good and as always the drink choice was good, staff where all friendly

Twas not the best 'spoons experience we've ever had. First panini, cremated, sent back, second came out with barely any filling and more like it had been nuked, not toasted. Bar staff calling my 40+ husband "mate" repeatedly...the manager sorted out the food issue with a full refund, which was nice, but overall...a bit shabby!

Great cheap drinks, passable cheap food. Decor now showing its age but not to bad. General cleanliness just about passable. Upstairs is nicer and away from the regulars. Loos downstairs, a long way to go when drunk and they don't smell great.

Used to be good, getting grotty now.Staff are more interested in talking to each other than serving customers.Went to hot drinks machine for refill but it was dismantled for cleaning and abandoned - no one in hurry to finish job. After much waiting and several trips back & forth to find no progress I asked a staff member to let me know when it was ready. He didn't. On my last trip I was told it had been turned off for the night so I left. I shan't return for a long time.Go to The Moon Under Water instead, the staff are attentive, useful and friendly.s

Worn upholstery, sticky carpets, cheap drink. No surprises really for a wetherspoons. Staff we dealt with were brilliant and accommodating. Only marked down to 4* because I wish it was just a little bit cleaner.

Asked for a whisky mac. I should have asked for a gregorian chant. They didn't have a clue. "We've got whisky, did you want ginger beer with that?" "I've never heard of Stones ginger wine. We've got a Chardonnay" . Is this just Cheltenham? "Can I have a Cabernet sauvignon.?" "we only do Merlot"., "bye then"

Great atmosphere downstairs and fantastic meal area upstair. Great staff and quick service. Download the app first. The Bank house toilets have always been a bit of a trek i must say. Nobodys fault

The one young girl was really nice and helpful, she brought out our meals with a smile, Sorry but the other staff members were not helpful. Or, by the look of it Happy in their jobs. Most of the menu was off, so there was a limited choice available. The big issue is around the fact that no one takes responsibility when something happens, like a lot of youngsters who were definitely not of age and should not have been allowed in.
