Service not good phone an order to collect owner does not cook it until you arrive have to wait no seating or if they do cook food cold on arrival owners attitude rude prices expensive

Everything is cooked fresh to order. Appreciate that there is an associated waiting time for that quality of service, and you won't be disappointed with your food.

Good food cooked well. Great value for money. Best chips in Cheltenham. Can't deliver for toffee, 90 mins from order to delivery for fish 'n' chips - rubbish. Have to amend to 3 stars.

This is the only fish and chip shop I visit, And I garuntee it'll be the same for you! Highest quality fish and chips and definitely can't be beaten on price... Cod and chips special for £3.50 BARGAIN!!. It may be cheap but its certainly not lacking on freshness and/or quality. The establishment itself is very clean and modern, expect a friendly welcome from the owner and his amazing team of staff!!. Another brilliant place on the lower high Street...

Great tasting food with the right portion size. So many chip shops are greasy, cheap and over portioned but The Big Fish was tasty and high quality. Really rate the place.

Turned up as they opened, wasn't intentional, however was greeted and had a nice chat!Food was quick, and even for a fish and chip shop the portion of the small chips weren't to be scoffed at. Was disappointed with the battered sausage, however the cod was lovely and flakey while not being over battered.
