The Exmouth Arms in Cheltenham

A very nice place to eat.They catered for 16 of us and we all had a lovely generous sized meal. My steak was cooked perfectly to my liking and thankfully the side salad was not drowned in dressing (which I've had elsewhere).

Nice pub with friendly staff. The food is decent and the Sunday roasts are definitely worth a try. Have been to the pub a few times and always enjoy. Has a great beer garden with ample room and a pizza oven for the summer.

A group of 5-6 of us have been coming here for lunch infrequently for several years. As it is often busy, usually we reserve a spot, and we have always been well looked after with good service and friendly staff. Pub/bistro style food to a good standard and promptly served, and proper beers. Splendid meeting place, and caters for all ages - big garden too.

I had the worst lunch of my life there today. The chicken burger was charred & all I could taste was burnt. If I hadn't prepaid I would have refused to pay the full amount.

Popped in for a quick drink on Monday night before walking the ten minutes or so into town. The Exmouth Arms is a nice pub on Bath Road in Cheltenham, very popular. There's plenty of seating and even on a quiet Monday night there was still a good atmosphere.

Great little pub with a good selection of beers and a simple but well-executed menu. Friendly staff. I'd definitely pop in again 🙂

We had our works Christmas doo and we all agreed that the food was fantastic. The staff were extremely busy but kept their cool. I would recommend The Exmouth Arms and hope they will be able to fit us in next year.

Was invited here for a Xmas lunch, I had the traditional turkey Xmas Dinner which was very disappointing. The roast potatoes tasted like they had been warmed up from the previous day and half of the turkey was under cooked. I didn't complain at the time as I didn't want to spoil the occasion for my host. I couldn't fault the service though, that was excellent just a shame the food wasn't.

Been here a few times. Service and beer good. Food average. Crispy squid limp and over priced for 6 rings, burger average. Nice garden.

Great evening. The food was excellent and the staff were very friendly. It was great to see them pull together as a team to tackle the wind & rain from this evening. To see them work together and get it organised so quickly, was impressive. You're a credit to Cheltenham, well done. Thanks for having us.
