I had the pleasure of staying here on New Year's Eve with my partner and our Scottie dog. Exquisite. Well located in Cheltenham. Our club deluxe room was beautiful and we loved the open-plan shower and bath - tree romantic. A dog bed and water bowl was provided - a thoughtful touch.Restaurants within walking distance and we had a stunning breakfast in the conservatory with our pup. This is a great spot for dog lovers - just remember your poop bags for your walks :)

The hotel staff and the hotel itself is wonderful!!! The receptionist always did everything they could to make sure I was given the right accommodations and enjoyed my time in Cheltenham. The hotel is beautiful and has a lovely green house dining area for dinner and many sitting areas. The food was phenomenal! There wasn’t a meal I didn’t like and I’m sure if I wasn’t satisfied they would have done everything possible to ensure I walked away happy. I highly recommend staying here. You won’t regret it!

I went expecting a great quality meal and frankly left very disappointed. It had been years since I had been but it had changed hands. £25 steak rare wasn't a particularly nice cut and was well cooked. Left in a hot oven too long. Pumpkin ravioli really looked poor and didn't taste much better. A real shame but I realised it called itself a brasserie too late.

Very nice little hotel and very friendly staff. Parking was a bit of a weird one but its located very well so can't really complain!

What a fantastic hotel. Great room, great service and a lovely experience for a special occasion. We will go back!!

So first thing is the parking is not clearly identified to the side of the building. Getting in took one of our party 20 minutes sitting at the barrier. The staff are friendly and helpful but check in was at times up to 15 minutes and seemed very slow for just signing a form and getting a room key. Again bar prices are steep so i would walk 5 minutes to the very nice local pub. The rooms are comfortable and the beds are very comfortable. Good pillows and we slept well. The rooms are dimly light but have good sized windows for more light. The bathroom is snug at best and if you are a larger peron you may struggle. The shower was great but again its small, so larger person might struggle. The shower tray in my bathroom leaked but the bath mat came to the rescue, floor was very slippy when wet. Was very quiet at night and was disturbed at all. The TV in the room is easy to use and a size so that you can easily watch the news if needed.

Beautiful building and great staff. A ' cosy room ' is dark and a very small bathroom, especially for over £500 for 2 nights, but clean. No information about where local attractions are or the hotel. Had to google everything. Breakfast cold but evening meal lovely. Pity as Malmaison in Liverpool is excellent !

4 of us stayed this past weekend for 2 nights and were given upgrades upon check-in. I was thrilled as it was one of my friends 30th birthdays so I had previously asked for champagne in her room (which they also kindly included by giving her vouchers for the bar). The rooms were incredible! Huge bath in the middle of the room was absolutely amazing, gorgeous lighting, design and most comfortable bed. Reception, dining, cleaning and bar staff could not be more polite or helpful and ordered taxis for us one day which was really appreciated. The breakfast was amazing - I'm still dreaming of the granola and yoghurt as it tasted so good! Can't say enough for this amazing hotel located on a gorgeous street within walking distance to the centre of Cheltenham. I was so sad to have to leave the little slice of heaven that was our room! Will be back!

Great little hotel, fantastic location and superb breakfast. Only slight critisism was the outdated decor of the rooms. That said the staff could not do enough for our party and made this a lovely weekend stay in Cheltenham.

Very good hotel with excellent facilities. Staff were efficient and welcoming. In an excellent position to explore the centre of Cheltenham. The only criticism was the lack of ventilation in the bedroom and the fact that the air conditioning unit did not work. Thankfully a fan was offered to assisr air flow. Would stay here again.
