Food tasted like it was microwaved. Noodles packed together like they were old. Took a chance and did no go with YoSushi, what a mistake. Not coming back. Delivery driver was also rude.

I ask for one dish and was ready by 5 min ago left it on the top table where they cook , only 6 persons in and 4 servers, when i ask if i must pick it up myself they said no and they bring it , was cold i must give it back to make it warm, shame the service, i dont recomend it the service but the food was nice

Great service and the staff are so friendly. Definitely recommend to anyone. Also never rushed off your table. Foods lovely.

Wow. I asked for tap water 4 times. I asked for prawns and mushrooms buns as a starter. They had ran out of both, but she ensured me everything else was available. Asked for edamame beans instead. She said sorry we ran out of those too????Then they served the prawns to the table next to us (the ones that they ran out of)My main course was on the table ready to be brought to us, but two members walked past it and sat down at the table where their colleagues were sat . I actually served my own food. So poor . Just close down or get new management

The shirodashi ramen from here is my fav. love the pot of green tea too. Sometimes the green tea is brewed too long already which made it bitter to drink but in my most recent visit, it was made fresh so it was so pleasant to drink! The staff are nice but depends on when you go.

12:15 on a bank holiday Monday and only half the restaurant is in use, was told at the door that they are running out of food and really behind on tables so they could not seat us. I love wagamamas and have rated everyone I have been too 5 star but this is poor management to not have the staff and no food to serve, head office needs to look at the running of this store.

Always love this restaurant. You don't linger there, it's fast service etc but mouthwatering oriental dishes. Love the soup noodle ramen dishes. Love that I can have limitless green tea at no cost too!!

This was are first lunch date plus the first time eating inside since covid.Cheltenham branch was not too busy which was nice. The staff was fantastic they did a really good job in looking after us, as Emily has allergies. We ordered a beer and a soft drink and had our food. Was very fresh and so tasty. As you can see from the photos they did a good job. If you have not been before you really should as it's a great experience here.

We have been to this Wagamama's about 3 or 4 times. The service is always very friendly and the food is always as expected.I feel the menu could do with some more photos of the food so you get more of an understanding of what you are getting. It is definitely worth trying. One negative is that they do not take bookings. So you can't really go as a large group as you would need to wait to get a table. One thing to remember if you are going for the first time is that the food comes out at randoms times, whenever it is ready. This is normal with Asian culture, but if you have ordered a starter, it can come after your main. Just something to remember
