Changed the prices for Cheltenham £6 a pint. Ripping people off. Won't go to a Yates again if thats how they value there customers.

I had a great night on Thursday night, came in looking for a drink and they had a quiz night running!! I live quizzes, I was helped out by great barmen Jake and Sam who told me how I could take part. Had a blast and would 100% come again even for drinks.

A fantastic bar in the center of Cheltenham, service was quick and friendly even though they were incredibly busy. Music and atmosphere were spot on and we also felt very safe and secure. Well done to all at Yates, great job!

Nice meal, basic but sufficient. Very crowded and no distancing. Good efficient staff but looked over worked. Considering their work pace they were pleasant and polite. Look after your staff....they are a credit to you....

Brilliant service. Went in as soon as it opened as we wanted to watch the football and the deputy manager couldn't have been more obliging. She let us choose the channel and which TV to watch it on and then pu the sound on for us. Would recommend 100%
