Zizzi Restaurant in Cheltenham

A few things were missing from my dish but the manager sorted everything and we went away happy. So 5 stars. 👍🏼

Beautiful location. The restaurant is set within a disused church. The food quality was good but the service we received was erratic. In comparison a 4 top table received far superior service than our lowly 2 top: With a long delay in the arrival of food and no interest in providing us with the basics, such as a jug of water. Slightly spoilt the night for us but overall the experience was positive.

Great friendly attentive staff and great food in lovely surroundings. Rustic Meat Sofia pizza (pictured) was tasty and well cooked and we both thoroughly enjoy our desserts. Would definitely recommend and will return.

Set in an old church, this Zizzi has a unique feel. Pizza are great, though on our recent visit the service was rather slow.

Waiter service was great made me feel right at home very polite food was exceptional enjoyed every bit of it, food arrived on time and tasted great food. I was really happy appreciated the hard work that went into the food. I’ll be coming here frequently whenever I have a time. brilliant !!! also love the Latino music coming from the kitchen playing Bad Bunny can’t beat it

Great food and exceptionally stunning venue. Manager is also very attentive and friendly which was nice. Would definitely recommend.

Based in a church (deconsecrated) with a fantastic setting, we waited very patiently for a seat as our Maitre D did a great job of not seeing us. We were given an extensive list (see photo) of what wasn't available but fortunately, what we did order, Chicken Milanese was good. Our server was much better. Good food but a bit more attention upon arrival gets it 4 stars.

Loved my experience at Zizzi’s. I went after work and felt so relaxed and welcomed. The staff were so understanding and all had a great personality. Sophie cared for my allergy really well and offered great customer service. She offered me food I didn’t know I would like and did an amazing job giving me the best experience. 100% recommend this place and the staff who work there. 😁😁

Lovely venue in an old church, the staff were generally very friendly. However the food was significantly overpriced and poor value. The pizza was good, but the other pasta dishes lacked taste. Wouldn't go again.
