We have used this takeaway for years, since it changed ownership it has gone downhill, the last time we ordered, the food turned up luke warm we were hungry just reheated it, not great when you have to separate salad out etc and eat it, didn’t use them again for a while but then thought we would give them another chance, the food was yet again luke warm so we called them, no sorry was given they just denied it could be cold, insinuating we were lying!, the boss kept saying “listen darling” to my wife and calling her “love” after she asked him NOT TO!.Very demeaning and insulting to women, no fresh food was offered, no partial refund or full refund was offered, in the end he said I’m busy and slammed the phone down……. Amazing customer service, so if you like cold food being insulted and belittled this is the place to go, we will never return!. 🤬👍

Nice chips maybe 2 more minutes in the fryer would have made them perfect. Fish lovely and white and flakey. Waiting time was OK as lots of Just Eat orders being done. Order via the app to save waiting. Great chip shop.

Unbelievable service ordered dinner at 6:30pm tonight, still two hours later, nothing delivered. Cancelled order, never again took 1hr 30mins last order to be delivered last week. Good luck in your future.

Very lovely takeaway couldn’t recommend more, we have used this place every weekend for the last year and they never fail to disappoint !! The staff are all very polite and helpful.

Took 2 hours for them to deliver our food and when it arrived was luke warm at best. Really disappointing as had good experiences previously but think under different ownership now.

We have been using this place since it first opened and never had a problem. Just received our order to find out no chips. So we call them up and the guy said it will be half an hour . By that time the rest of the order will be cold . Very disappointed and very bad customer service. Shocked to say the least. He did off a credit for just the chips for next time but sausage on its own isn't a meal that we paid for .

5% off for new customer onlineOrdered mix kebabs, Doner kebab and chip.Mixed kebab's chicken is too dry and over cooked. Food are really salty. Part from that, everything are good, large portions. Food were still hot, driver is very friendly.No plastic bag, they used recycle materials.
