Pizza was late and not even cut! More than 2 toppings asked to be removed were still on the pizza. not good

Ordered online , an hour later I'm still waiting ! So I called they said they ard extremely busy ! So why can't they have that online ? So now it's over 1 and a half hours since I ordered ! STILL NO PIZZA ! Not happy .

Always speedy delivery, always hot pizza, and delicious sides. Staff always pleasant and easy to talk to. In 2 years of living in Christchurch I have only good things to say about this branch. Thanks!

This is the worst pizza I ever had in my life.Toppings and cheese was only in the centre of the pizza and there are hardly any to the edges. I used this branch 3 years ago and it was the same experience thought of giving a chance again, but it’s not worth for the money you spend.

Had the pleasure of dealing with Vincent the manager today. Outstanding customer service and a credit to the dominoes business! Great service

Waited 2 hours for them to deliver a cold pizza. so happy I had to microwave my pizza, so happy I waited 2 hours, so happy they answer the phones as well!

I would give zero star if I could. Used to order from this branch for years. In the last few times we barely had toppings on our pizzas, which we mentioned at the time and it was okay at the next order.However the most recent order we did was late for over an hour. Which would not have been an issue if they would have let us know. We phoned them up, the guy did not ask for a name or order number. All he said was our order is on its way in the least caring manner possible. We then tried contacting them again half an hour later but nobody answered the phone anymore. The young driver was storming down on our road, trying his best, half an hour later. He mentioned we're not only ones complaining and they are short of staff etc... a month later after emailing back and forth. Promising a refund in every single email which only happened when we went in personally. This was the final straw, we will not be using dominos because of their terribe customer service.

Had ordered through the app, the tracker went through the different stages and then told me the food arrived, about 25 minutes later, and after trying more than once to speak to the shop, I got an answer that they will resend it fresh and hot and I would get discount on my next order. It eventually arrived, nearly two hours after I placed the original order.I asked the driver what happened? He said there was two drivers instead of eight and that the shop probably just forgot to do it, which doesn't quite make sense as I would assume the tracker has to be activated at different stages.Anyway, the food was good, when we ate it, but when I ordered again about a week later, no discount which had been promised and couldn't get hold of the shop to remind them about it.Food great, service not.

Pizza's arrived cold 25 mins after being told via the app it had been delivered, tried calling , no answer just kept ringing out . Driver said it was the systems fault, we spent a lot of money for cold pizza. Very disappointing 😞

Ordered our food on a Saturday about 6.15pm and it all arrived quickly and really hot. Someone had obviously taken real care over our pizzas as the toppings were laid out really lovely and equally amongst the slices. Thank you for that because it tasted great. We've always had good food from here but tonight's was exceptional. Forgot to take photos until we'd eaten some of it :-)
