Very good. I live in Ferndown and pick up from here because it is better than any I have found so far. One of the main ways I judge a Chinese is by the stir fried vegetable dishes and with jade I found them to always be fresh with plenty included with the mixed veg.

I've been going here for years, best Chinese always hot and delicious, lovely staff polite and great delivery service.

Just had our first Chinese meal since we moved here to Christchurch from last September. So glad we did. Read all the previous reviews before ordering and it came highly recommended. It was superb!! Delicious, tasty, full of flavour, and fresh. The customer service was good and the delivery. We don’t often have take away, but was special occasion so we will definitely be ordering from them again. We have so much left over too. Thank you Jade Orchid excellent!!

Fantastic food, friendly people and very well priced for their portions compared to any other Chinese I have found in the Christchurch, Southbourne, Pokesdown, Boscombe area (yes I do love a great Chinese!!)! Highly recommend!!! :-)

I can not say that was the best food ever, but it was exactly what I needed. Still better to cook them myself, but when I am out of time, this seems like a good deal. We ordered four different things and all of them were okay. We will order again sometime.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HEREAbsolutely disgusting food and even worse customer service was refused a refund when I asked them to collect all the food that we ordered as it was inedible a man was so rude and spoke aggressively towards me a waste of time and money now have hungry kids wile a wait for a decent Chinese to arrive

Great, great takeaway, we have used them for years, both for pick up and delivery. Lovely helpful staff team, quick to take your order and deliver. Really nice good quality, well cooked food., Try the sweet and sour chicken or salt and pepper squid.Very polite, very good quality well worth an order. And free prawn crackers, bonus,.

I really hate to leave bad reviews but this truly was the worst meal we have ever had from a takeaway. The beef curry was the most odd green/black colour, had a slimey texture and no flavour, (same with the seperate pot of curry sauce) we couldn't eat it. The egg fried rice looked and tasted as if it had never seen a frying pan and there was hardly any egg in it. The pancake roll was made of batter, we've never seen one like it, it was also soggy and inedible.The chips, pineapple fritter and prawn crackers were fine.Called to complain and was offered free food next time but not now as the shop was full of customers, an offer we declined, we asked for a partial re-fund which we felt reasonable but was refused.Will never return and do not recommend.
