Dinned here on the off chance of getting in with out a reservation. We were looking around Christchurch and decided to eat here before heading back. Luckily they could accommodate us. Situated just by the church outer wall at dead end . It has a small outside seating area with heaters and blankets. The service was incredibly quick, it seemed no sooner we ordered our food that it was in front of us. Tea coffee and alcohol drinks including some cocktails are available. The food was tasty and fairly portioned. £25 a head including drinks. If you fancy an evening meal I recommend here .

Quite disappointed with the breakfast, poached eggs were overcooked and the avocado not ripe enough other than that the selection was great and it could be amazing. Very friendly staff and lovely atmosphere.Came for lunch and loved it. A little bit costly but enjoyed it a lot. Staff and service was amazing.

What a great place to celebrate a special occasion. Everyone went above and beyond to make the day so special. Great Food and Drinks served by great people at very affordable prices. A great day enjoyed by all. Thank you so much.

If you're looking for a hearty meal and delicious cocktail to wash it down, I'd highly recommend this spot. Right next to the Priory too, so perfect for a short walk if you're not too stuffed.

There was a large crowd of us, 4 families, split across two tables and we were well looked after by the staff. Food was great, although I'm not a great fan of cooking steak on a stone at the table, a. because I'd rather a chef cooked it properly for me and b. as there was about 8 people with steak on the stone, it made the restaurant steam up and smokey with sizzling steak! Anyway, it was all very nice food

On holiday in the area, we walked in on the off chance and was provided with a table even though they were exceptionally busy due to it being their special Thursday steak night. Two of us had the steak deal, 2 x 8oz sirloin with all the trimmings and a bottle of wine included for £39.90. Best steak for a long time, excellent. The other meals were the ribs, equally as good. Service by friendly, efficient staff. Highly recommend.

Staff really friendly, food lovely and atmosphere great. They have steak nights, 2 steaks and a bottle of wine on a Thursday and other great deals during the week. Food is fresh and tasty. Dogs are welcome and great location just by the Priory.

This place has been here a while now. It’s a small eatery with a bar section with a rustic feel. The menu has pretty much been the same since they opened and is of an above average quality. Most of the produce seems fresh or frozen and they have a good selection of alcoholic and nonalcoholic drinks on offer. They also run offer nights of steak night, Moule frites night, which are great value and good food (tried this years ago, pre no meat). They do however do a cracking breakfast for vege and vegan, which I will review next time as I was here for lunch this time round. I always recommend for the breakfast, lunch was a little less exciting for my dietary requirements.
