Kashmir Indian Tandoori in Christchurch

Ordered here this evening for second time, absolutely fantastic food.. so fresh and amazing flavours.. a lovely meal 😋

Went on a spur of the moment for a takeaway but stayed and ate at the restaurant instead - and presented with this! - rarely do they come sizzling like this anymore - just perfect - please dont change - cant wait to come back on my next visit - thank you xx

Amazing Indian restaurant and takeaway. Phone lines open from 5.30pm to take orders as they start cooking at 6pm & orders can be submitted the day before. Everyone knows how delicious the food is so when it's busy it can be a bit difficult to get through on the phone sometimes.Been going as a family for over 30yrs here - changed ownership a few times within the family and outside as well but food still delicious so they keep getting it right! Best Indian I've ever had travelling in lots of cities through the UK...just lucky it's in the home town.

This is a small restaurant and the food was exceptonal piping hot and so good, shame its not closer as we'd eat there more.. Top marks..

Pulling up in the taxi, I thought oh no, the outside looks quite unkempt. On entry it wasn't the greatest restaurant to say the least. The staff were very welcoming, and service was good. But the food was absolutely excellent, and I have to one of the best I have ever tasted. Looks can be deceiving.

Great food and friendly staff. Beautiful decor. The restaurant is a bit small but it doesn't feel crowded at all. They have loads of drinks and food options and it has a lovely atmosphere. Would 100% recommend.

This is by far the best curry place for miles. We regularly order from them and are never disappointed, brilliant food & a great delivery service.Tonight we ordered and when it arrived the containers had split and gone over almost all of the food. We called Kashmir and within 25 minutes we had another brand new set of everything we'd ordered, no quibbles, no charges, just an apology for the inconvenience.Would highly recommended them if you're looking for a fab curry at a great price from a lovely local business. Excellent community curry house. Small parking areas outside and be aware the restaurant itself is very small and quite basic. However the food served is excellent, good value and in food portions with plenty of meat! Good service too. May suit some better for takeaway.
