Mcdonald's Restaurants in Christchurch

Went for drive-thru lunch for hangover food. There was no queue as we went around but the inside look relatively busy. The service was as expected and our food arrived promptly after we paid.We took it home as we didn't want to sit in the car park. It was all good quality and the chips were very salty which is a preference of mine.All round good experience

Click and collect parking bay collection staff / food speed is a bit slower than you'd expect. Can be expected up to a 15 min wait sometimes.quicker to just go drive thru

Really fast service and the place was clean. Only reason to not give 5 stars is they are normally out of milkshakes.

Went to the Drive Through in Christchurch which had quite a long queue on arrival, however, we were servered very promptly and didn't have to wait very long at all.I know McDonald's is very good for you when you eat it all the time, but it is also extremely delicious and I will be visiting there again.Thank you McDonald's.

Went to complain about a member of staff who had been Rude to my Deaf Granddaughter and he said we are really busy tonight. All your Staff need to be Trained in Deaf Awareness. Will Not be going back there again

Did a quick stop for a bite to eat, 2 nice wraps of the day, chicken and chilli, and lovely really hot fresh fries. Sadly no thick shakes or Mcflurries so knocked off one star.

Atrocious. Didn’t salt the chips, uninterested workers who mumble and give attitude. Awful establishment every other McDonald’s in the area is better. Appalling.

We come here on a regular basis staff know us and are always polite and friendly. Its always a good experience as far as I'm concerned food is fresh and kids love the play area. It's mcdonald's at the end of the day we know what we are getting.

Ordered to eat in not take out. It took forever to get the food and it was in a take out bag!! No tray.The person that gave me the food was very unfriendly. Told him i wanted to eat in he just made some comment gave me the bag and walked off. Not a good experience at all.

Wait times can be long, but they try their best to reduce the wait.Most of the time order is correct but more often than not, they don't get it right, miss alot if items.Food can sometimes be cold, and sometimes look under cooked- the chips mainly with the rush they are very soggy and just about cooked.The staff can be pleasant and a few rude ones.
