Great pub in the centre of Highcliffe, good selection of drinks and fantastic service. Definitely go again!

I like it and my husband loves Napoleons. it is a nice pub to sit in or out and have a drink,with Wi-Fi,only parking is the problem but you can park on the free street parking

One star for the warm welcome. Would be two for a very comfortable bed but the bedding looked very tired. The room was fresh as the window next to the bed would not close; and there were safety issues. Smoke detectors had been removed. Didn't stop the whining noise that recurred, most noticeably at 1.30am!

Great for the money, there is no air conditioning so during hot nights opened the windows. Higher numbered rooms suffer from road noise with window opened. On Friday night there is a live band until nearly midnight in the bar. In room 5, we found a small fridge; great for storing your breakfast combustibles. This place doesn't serve food; there are takeaways nearly along with Co-op and Tesco Direct. Room maintenance by the maid service was very poor, mostly no shows so needed to throw out our own rubbish on most days.

This is the best kept secret in Highcliffe. ... From the outside it looks like either a wine bar or one of those new trendy real ale type bars. When you get inside it is a proper pub. Decor is clean and modern. Horse racing on the tv during afternoon. Bar staff very friendly as were the locals. This is just what is needed in Highcliffe.... we will be back soon.

Fabulous afternoon spent watching the rugby. Lovely landlady assisted with my dietary requirements. Very friendly locals. Very clean and food smelled and looked delicious . One of a few places I'm happy to walk into on my own.

Nice relaxing pub. Great beer, and the locals are nice people. Simon and Stacey who run the bar with there friendly staff really make it a fun place to drink and eat.

Just stayed here for one night. Lovely smart and clean room, made very welcome by the friendly staff and the regulars. Very nice breakfast to. Would definitely stay at Napoleons again.
