The Amberwood in Christchurch

We had a bar meal at the amberwood at lunchtime. The bar staff are very friendly and welcoming. The menu selection is very good and keenly priced. The food was served very quickly and was very good quality and quantity.

Always enjoy this locals pub. Great value and friendly staff. Sunday lunches are excellent value for money

Great local pub has a lovely family feel. Always enjoy the food here especially the burgers and scampi dishes. Not a regular but notice the Staff are always attentive and friendly and happy to accommodate us.

We had a delicious roast here today. Everything was perfectly cooked and the servings were very generous. Some of our party had lamb others beef and we would all recommend it. We'll be back.

I booked the Amberwood Inn for my Nans funeral. The service was great. The staff were very accomodating and the food was lovely. Thank you for making the day go smoothly. I would highly recommend.

After a walk in the forest tried our go to pub but sold of roasts so after a Google and a few calls end up here WHAT A discovery superb roast great friendly service and won a bottle of rose in the raffle well done all well be back 👍👍

The service was excellent, lovely people, warm atmosphere. But the food was not great. Sorry.

Usually the food is great, but had a roast, that was awful, won't be having that again, hardly any meat, seemed like packet frozen potatoes which were hard, 4 beans, tiny bit of cauli and about 5 slices of carrot. Terrible..

Food was good great place light and spacious. Staff friendly and welcoming. Everyone enjoyed their food
