Great store. Has friendly staff. Easy to find what you need.

Disappointing - no Christmas puddings or panettone cakes left on 24th December! The Christmas spirit seemed to be all but over, with Christmas items confined to only a couple of shelves. Luckily managed to get some mince pies. Although I generally like this shop, it's not where I usually go, but thought I'd get a few extra treats for Christmas. Not really worth the trip.

Waitrose has gone through various changes in direction under its new CEO, but is still the best foodstore in Christchurch, top quality foods, high standards of presentation, well trained and knowledgeable partners and high standards of presentation within the store and staff uniforms....if only they would tidy the car park up.

Oh, retail and lifestyle darling of the aspirant middle class! One always feels a little bourgeois shopping here - all nonsense of course.

Excellent service from a young employee (Ben) who helped me overcome Christchurch Council's awkward parking machine. Would have given up & not gone into the store without his assistance.

There does not seem to be an email contact for you and so I am having to register my disatisfaction with the pork chops that you sell. I have tried them many times and cooked them in every different way, but they are always tough. The one I had this evening was virtually inedible. Disgusted

I have always been a dedicated Tesco's and Sainsbury's shopper, shop for Organic wherever possible. Today was my first time doing a proper shop in Waitrose and I was so happy to see the amazing high quality range of Waitrose brand foods and a large amount of organic options. So nice to see a proper meat counter too. I will be coming here from now on. The parking is only £1 for two hours and you get it refunded back to you at the till.I would probably still shop for branded foods at other stores where it tends to be less expensive but other than that, I feel healthier and like I am receiving more nutritious food at Waitrose.

Much of their stuff is really good - I LOVE their chicken, leek and spinach pie. However, too often shelves are unreplenished or prices not labelled. Yesterday I went to pay and a man on the till coughed vigorously into his hand, and continued to handle the customer's purchases. I thought there was a virus around! I am complaining to the manager. This is what I mean - the management is too casual.
