Wok U Like in Christchurch

Our favourite Chinese. Always well cooked and presented and very yummy. We had a problem with our order on a walk in order which they fixed and drove out a replacement. Very happy and will use again. Recommend to all friends and family.

Always use them, great food at a reasonable price. Unfortunately the service has really gone down hill. I had to wait over 2 hours for my order this week and had to ring the shop and was told it was on it's way. Unfortunately I was still waiting 30 minutes after my call. So in short the food was great but delivery needs sorting out.

Great Chinese food but expensive & smaller portion sizes than other takeaways. Food is of high standard though.

Absolutely beautiful food cooked fresh to order. We are here on holiday and this is the first place we head for. Have had 2 lovely meals so far this visit. The shop is very clean and the staff are all very polite, friendly and helpful also good to see them all wearing face coverings and being very careful with covid. Would highly recommend this place and only wish they were in our hometown.

I have used this chinese for a long time as it is close to us. For the first tkme last month we waited 2 hours for a delivery, when it arrived there were no pancakes to go with the duck, we were told they woukd be 5 minutes as they realised the mistake and had left already. They never arrived. Yesterday i went into the shop put an order in and booked a 6.30 pm delivery i was assured this would be fine i checked several times that this was ok. Tonight 6.45 still no food i called the shop and was told the food left the shop at 6.30! For a 6.30 delivery it should have left at 6.20? I explained we had not received any food she said she would call driver. Delivery artived at 7 pm the driver was given a completely different address to what i had written down for them. Terrible service, food was cold had to heat it all up. No apology. The 2 stars are for food only. Have clear issues with delivery or recording address i will not be using them again and if they do not sort delivery out i predict a lot of people will not use them. Not good business with another chines a few foors up!

WOKULIKE You Don’t Get. I was recommended to try try this Takeaway but what a DISASTER. . I ordered a meal and was told that because they were,busy delivery would be,up,to an hour. After an hour and a half we called to be told it was on its way. After two hours we called back and after being told to wait while they checked on our order they rung off. Later we called again to ask for a refund and we were told someone would call us to sort one out. This never happened. After planning a lovely evening with a Takeaway Meal we ended up having toast. There has been no apology from WOKULIKE and I know for certain that we won’t use them again. I hope others have a better experience than us but I couldn’t recommend them to anyone. Because of WOKULIKE our evening has been a disaster. I wouldn’t order from them again and if you want a Takeaway meal go elsewhere. If only I could give WOKULIKE no stars. No food No Stars

Ordered 2 crispy chilli chicken and it was inedible. Absolutely smothered in sweet chilli sauce. So much that the batter was soggy. Very strange smell to the food too. Won't be ordering from there again.

Brilliant every time. Amazing veggie salt and pepper chicken and veggie chicken satay. I try my best to stray from my usual order but I can't help it!

Just had a £30 meal delivery. Unfortunately substandard. Whoever put the steamed rice in the tub must have done so knowing it was hugely overcooked and porridge-like. Worst of all, the king prawn curry had zero prawn but bits of chicken skin. Yuck

If you like Chinese food then you should like anything from here. The salt and pepper chicken is particularly nice, as are the Singapore noodles. 45 mins on average for delivery and the food always arrives hot. It has changed management several times but it's never affected the quality.
