Lovely country pub, nice areas to sit indoors and out. We had fish and chips, so far the best we've had in Cornwall, and we're locals. Order chips to share unless you are REALLY hungry, big portions.

Great freehold pub with lots of outside space overlooking the village green.Good range of local beers ... and lager if you want it.Just like a pub should be!! anddefinitely the place to go if you're a mug enthusiast!

This quaint pub has a great atmosphere . Its like stepping back in time to a good old English pub. It also overlooks the village green. It's definitely a local pub with several regulars who enjoy chatting to others. They have an open fire and a pool table out back. They sell food but not till 6pm therefore I can't review as we had to leave before then. My husband said that the Blissland special was the best beer he'd had in years.

The Blisland Inn is a quite exceptional pub! So much so, that it's reputation went before it, as I booked accommodation in the village for two nights especially so we could spend some time there and it didn't disappoint. My wife and I had dinner and a few drinks on the Friday night. A hearty curry and a lush steak were enjoyed and the portion sizes were agreeable to me, someone with a large appetite. Being a real ale fan, I had a pint of each of the beers and all were in excellent condition. On the Sunday night we visited again and we sat in the Public Bar side and were made most welcome by the staff and locals. It was one of those really uplifting evenings with fine beer and interesting/fun conversation. If you like cracking beer, great home cooked food and a warm welcome, then the Blisland is for you!

A proper pub with a few locals in. A good choice of ales with a really friendly barmaid. It was quiet inside and lacked atmosphere but the character of the whole pub made up for it. There's no pub sign outside so it looks like a house on the village green.

Blisland is a lovely village near Bodmin Moor. Quirky pub, they like their witches but don't be put off. They have a great selection of local real ales and they have a fantastic local menu. The staff are lovely too, we were made to feel very welcome and would highly recommend a visit

This is a lovely pub that oozes character in a beautiful village. It is a great place to call in after a walk, a cycle ride or when just passing through. It serves food and local cider. When we called in it was suffering from shortages due to COVID and this was evident from the limited menu. The food was good and great value but unfortunately the quality was eclipsed by other local pubs in the current circumstances. The location, character and friendly staff are more than enough to draw me back to this pub for future visits in better circumstances.

Very pleasant on a warm summer's day, I got the feeling though that if you walked in there in the middle of winter it would be a bit like that scene in American Werewolf in London. As an aside Blissland is the most inaccessibility place I have ever visited, excellent if you are looking to avoid the Covid Zombies lurking all over the South West, highly recommended.

This is a warm friendly pub with absolutely lovely staff a ten out of ten all round. The food we had was amazing and very fairly priced. They stock a local lager too which is up there with the best lagers I've ever tasted in fact I'd even say probably the best :) This was a very good evening. The pub is a little off the main track but in very easy reach of Bodmin. Highly recommended.
