I took my friend there Saturday night and she has mobility issues they were great the young girl helping up the steps nothing was any problem friendly helpful food was lush it is a pub you should not miss

Had a lovely Sunday carvery, plenty to eat with friendly staff only disappointment was the bread and butter pudding, no fruit and no flavour, but will go again and try other meal options.

Staying in the village and couldn't be bothered to cook tonight.Went down and ate at the pub instead.If you want fine dining, go somewhere else.If you want a decent pub meal, served by friendly staff, go here.Would visit again.

Can't beat a real open fire on these cold autumnal afternoons! Especially after a delicious roast Sunday lunch at the quaint old pub! Superb roast parsnips and carrots with my tender pork... absolutely fab, and all for only £7.95!!
