Caffe Nero in Cornwall

Situated in the city centre with pay & display parking nearby.Good quality coffees & beverages. Nice selection of sandwiches, cakes & pastries including a vegan raspberry croissant.All types of milk offered for choice or dietary requirements.I went in at 8.30 am on a weekday & there was quite a lengthy queue of people grabbing their pre work caffeine hit.The pain au raisin I had was still warm.The staff were very efficient & friendly.

The staff are always cheerful and friendly, good atmosphere and lovely coffee, my favourite destination!

The internet here is terrible. Genuinely awful compared to other coffee shops or just any regular high street place. Shame as upstairs is a nice space to work but the internet service at this shop is something I would expect maybe 20 years ago when the internet was a new thing still. Even using hotspot off of my phone barely works in this place. This is the last time I come here. Please fix it.

Service is good ,but even good coffe doesn't taste well inside this such unpleasant interior -or lack of any decoration specially upstairs.Plus dirty toilet was another minus. Shame as a staff is working hard and coffe is good but there is nothing what will make me to come back for a good coffe.This place is not for those who value high quality and standards.

A great cup of coffee. The staff were very polite and went out of their way to engage with the customers.I would have a coffee here over any of the competitors in town any day of the week!

Woman who served me at 11:00 today with dark hair, tied up at the back; Absolutely fantastic service. She was friendly, quick to notice and serve me whilst I was in the queue, very polite and professional. Overheard the man with the longer hair who seemed very good too. Kudos to such a great team 🙌🏻 Oh and the mushroom toastie was very good.

Friendly & welcoming staff with ambient atmosphere within café. Had Mocha although drink not as hot as it should have been which was disappointing. Tables had not all been cleared; had to remove dirty crockery before sitting down.

Absolutely amazing customer service. Greeted individually as each customer entered. Welcomed in with a smile. Polite, bubbly staff. Real credit to the company and exactly what you need after a long mornings shopping. Thank yous and greetings on leaving. Well done all staff....

Absolutely fantastic, ordered 4 hot drinks, 4 cakes and female member of staff was excellent, polite friendly and informative. Apologised whilst making the drinks thinking it was slow but it was fast and speedy service.Sat upstairs which had plenty of seats and was very quiet.Seating outside the shop but this did look a little congested and ok if you don't mind the smokers from here or adjoining premises.
