Doesn’t even deserve 1 starOrder never even arrivedPhoned twice, first call was told it would be 10 minutes (20mins past expected delivery)Second call manager was put onto the phone and he just shouted at me! Very very rude and fully yelled at me. Apparently I had put the wrong number for delivery but I checked several times and I hadn’t. Plus he screamed at me that the driver had come to my address but definitely hadn’t as my partner was waiting outside the entire time since the 1st call (25mins)Very disappointed and now extremely upset. Will not be ordering from here again. Plus requesting refund is being very difficult to do

Not very happy. Been ordering from here for years but my last few orders haven't been great. Thought I'd give one last chance. Pizza was almost coldso had to warm it up, it had a very funny taste so it went in the bin. Burger was drenched in sauce which I asked for separately, so bun was soggy and everything just fell out. Why you put chicken under the doner meat and chips I don't know and the chicken looked and tasted old. Had over an hour wait for delivery so considering the shop is 5 minutes drive from my house didn't make sense. So I'm sorry but you have lost a good customer but you don't seem to care

The food came late and dry and cold and never came with a drink and blood all over the chicken which made me feel sick added extra items to my order then charged more than asked for not very good place

Not even deserving of a 1*.Cold, dry, tasteless rubbish.The staff seem to have no idea what they are doing butbthey like to take your money very quickly and then try to accuse you of not paying.Avoid at all costs

Always good food and I have ordered quite a bit from there over the past year, but, delivery times are slow…. Sometimes over 2 hours.

Poor customer service. Cold soggy food no offer of apology or refund. Complete waste of money. Avoid at all costs. Don’t value regular customers take your money elsewhere

Ordered after a family night out, had an issue where they missed a pizza and a portion of chips off but the guys were really good and sorted it quickly. Called them up (ordered through Uber) and when they found the order (over 200 ordered on a Saturday night) they sent the missing pizza and chips to us straight away.Food was decent, the kebab meat was actually really good and the pizza and chips were really hot when we got them.Definitely a decent kebab shop, just happened to have an issue with the amount of orders when we happened to order.Despite the issues would definitely order again, at the end of the day, the mark of a decent retailer is how they deal with a customer when they have an issue.

Absolutely unprofessional service. Placed order via ubereats which gave delivery time. After it wasn't delivered I called the restaurant and I was told it had not been sent out. I asked the reason for the delay and I was told due to the tourists in town and high demand it will take more time. They guy attending the phone also said he does not have time to go and check order status and also asked me to cancel the order. I have not commented on the food quality because I am still waiting for the order. So my advice is if you are desperate for food you can order but do account for the extra time as it seems the service quality goes down with demand.Update: it's 2 hours and I am still waiting for my order. I have tried repeatedly called but they have stopped picking up the phone.Finally it arrived after 2 1/2 hours. We ordered pizzas and they tasted good. Cant find fault with the taste but overall experience was not great.

Waited for almost 2 hours for my seafood pizza to come. They forgot my order twice and I had to keep calling. The food came and it was presented awfully and tasted worse. Never again!

I only had a pint of Cornish lager so can't comment on much. The place did look nice and cosy. They had a burning fire which is always nice when it's cold outside. The beer garden basks in the sunshine all day which is great for the summer.
