Chapel Rock Beach Cafe in Cornwall

Lovely little cafe with a view over to St Michaels Mount.We only popped in for coffee as they hadn't officially started their day, but the staff were accommodating and served up a great cup of coffee and pretty fancy looking hot chocolate

Great place , the staff our really friendly, I ordered a coffee and a portion of fish and chips it was luxurious, the fish was nice fresh and crispy didn’t taste like other cafes cheap frozen fish , I must say it was spectacular. I have no negatives about this place whatsoever and highly recommend this place to others especially after a stroll along the beach .

Popped by for some chips. Once inside found chips are £3.95 per portion. For that price expected some lovely home made proper seaside chips. Waited outside for ages for our order and received portions of generic French fries. Really not what we expected at all and very disappointing. Should be advertised as french fries. Cannot recommend.

Stumbled upon this little place on our way back from visiting St Michael’s Mount. It doesn’t look like it would be much, and we can’t comment on lunch on dinner, but it’s definitely worth visiting for breakfast. The coffee is delicious, breakfast choice is good with veggie options (the veggie sausage bap with chilli jam is delish!) and the staff were very friendly. Would highly recommend. Also dog friendly.

Nice cafe, but service was a bit slow - they'd actually forgotten about our pasties. Coffee was alright, nothing special.

Cute little place, well situated. Had 4 pasties between us and to be fair they were all overdone to the point of being just the edible side of burnt. Coffee was good and the staff were very friendly. Very clean and comfortable

Absolutely delicious breakfast with quality sausages. Get a table upstairs for the perfect view. We came here after a walk round Michaels Mount and it was perfect. Not too busy as well.

Cosy cafe, delicious food and fast service. Great for a quick lunch, specially after visiting st. Michaels mount.

Nice little cafe overlooking St.Michael's mount beach/bay. If you like crab then this place is for you. We had the Crab salad and Crab sandwich which were very nice.🦀👍

I now wish I’d read the previous reviews of this cafe before going in for take away coffee and cake last week. I too experienced the exceptional grumpiness and rudeness of 1 of the staff members. After getting over the shock of how rude she was to us, I’d hoped to get a chance to ask her why she felt the need to be so awful, but she hid away in the cafe area until we left. While travelling in the area, we were really conscious about supporting local businesses and after leaving this place, I regretted supporting this one. In addition to the miserable staff member, the cake was dry and tasteless. Coffee was just ok.
